If they don't offer curbside service, they need to make modifications to the app. Today I ordered something and the employee told me that next time I should go to the drive-thru or order inside. It's not my problem that the app has the curbside option.

I guess I came during shift change, but the service was very poor. Food was cold, items were missing and staff wasn't friendly at all. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by placing orders. Just overall bad experience.

This Dunkin Donuts is next to my community where I have lived for 5 years. Cold food that is supposed to be hot. Milkshakes that contain no ice cream at all. And worst of all horrible service from the managers and owners.
I was worried based on all the negative reviews, but pleasantly surprised when I came. It was insanely busy on a weekday morning, but the employees were on top of everything and still treating all customers with friendly professionalism, even though it looked like a stressful morning rush. The people getting individual orders were in and out in no time. I had a large coffee and donuts order that I placed on site, so I waited a little while but was glad the coffee was brewed fresh for it. I would gladly visit this location again when I'm in the area.

this was my go-to spot for coffee before heading to work. apparently their hours changed, was told to order after 6am because they open at 6am... I used the mobile app and they said the hours are wrong 🤷🏽♀️ sucks for the change really liked this spot for the drive thru and being open at 5am 😞
