Got a bagel with cream cheese at drive thru. The bagel was not toasted but was burn. The cream cheese was just on one side. The cream cheese looked like it was scraped off could not even see it. I did not open until I got to work could not take it back. The worst bagel I have ever gotten thru out the USA.

It's a Dunkin' so expectations are not high. Donuts are usually fresh and the coffee hot. Strangely, they don't carry either jelly or cream filled donuts!

I got to say those are some of the freshest donuts and bacon I've had in a while, the drink was really cool, a new Halloween themed macchiato. Some of the staff were very nice others looked you in the face like they would rather you not be here lol, one guy who I think was the manager look me in my face and muttered something under his breath, to which I replied "rude!”

Just because I can’t put zero star am going putting one. We were trying to buy but the workers were only taking orders from the driver thru and they didn’t notice us. We were waiting for about 10 minutes and is not like they had a bunch of customers at the drive thru they act as if I was trying to get something free.
