Went here today, was asked to use the kiosk to order which of course takes 10x longer. I order a half a dozen. Doughnuts and after paying I'm told they are out of all the doughnuts I ordered. Dunking doughnuts is out of doughnuts.....maybe say something BEFORE I order. I had to ask for a refund.

Seems like whatever I order it is wrong. Ask for a donut no sprinkles get a donut with sprinkles. I frequently order sweet tea. So many times it is wrong, bitter tasting unsweetened tea. Prices have gone up and the service has gone down.Parking: Pretty bad when the only thing to talk about is the parking

The donuts are stale and old. The coffee NEVER tastes right and is always too dark when I get a drink with milk. I order the same drink in locust point and they make it correct. Terrible location

It's crazy how 4 out of 5 times they get the order wrong. Even when the order is simple and short. Always. Unreal. Starbucks might be twice the price but they've never messed up an order - ever.

They completely messed up my order, and I get that can happen sometimes. The person that re rang me seemed bothered that I was correcting my order that was wrong in the first place. Body language says a lot in business. I feel as though some additional training might be needed for staff.

Ordered a Boston crème donut and a large raspberry sweet tea at the drive thru, got to the window and got charged and asked for a receipt. Was charged for a large watermelon raspberry green tea refresher, I stated this was wrong and asked for a refund. The manager replied “no.” And I said why not? She then stated “they’re basically the same price.” Then, I am handed a green tea! I said “that is not sweet tea.” They replied “yes it is.” I then sent it back only to receive an unsweetened tea with no raspberry, which I could not tell until I left. Be warned! These people don’t listen nor do they care if they’re wrong. I will never be coming back!
