George Martin's Grillfire

Haven't been here in a long time. Always great steaks! The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the Crab and Artichoke dip was lacking crab. Unfortunately it is a lot of filler with a underwhelming taste. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

First time going for breakfast. We greatly enjoyed it. It was nice and quiet. Wasn't crowded for an early Saturday morning. The food was great. We even ordered way too much cause that Monkey Bread was necessary with coffee. Next is trying their brunch menu.

High marks for service and friendliness. Food was so-so. The meatloaf was very good, as was the dessert; but the salmon was only fair at best. The cocktail was too sweet for our taste. However, the main reason we are giving this restaurant a fair rating instead of very good or better is because neither of the two main dishes had any vegetables to speak of. This produces an unbalanced presentation, reducing any health benefits the dish could have had and making each dish fairly colorless. A true chef would pay attention to the balance of his/her creations, especially given the prices charged.

The food and drinks were excellent. I would definitely go back for their food - to go. I was here with a small group from work in the middle of the week. The issue was the service. It was exceptionally slow. They apparently had a large party in the back but did not adjust staffing to cover it. We waited over 30 mins to just put in our orders. The food took a long time to come out, and when we asked our server about it, they rolled their eyes at us. I have worked as a server, and I could understand the delays- especially when the manager came out to assist- but the attitude that we were somehow inconveniencing the server was too much. I may consider another attempt at in house dining sometime in the future because the atmosphere was nice and the drinks were excellent. I am hoping there is some training or turnover of staff by then.

Can't tell you much. We were never served. Waited 20 minutes after being seated, and still no one came to our table. We tried making eye contact, got up to ask (servers scattered) and still no one stopped to ask. Servers definitely walked by us. I'm a little shy sometimes, but it's no reason to disregard us. We were hungry, so we left.

I came here for a nice dinner with the family, and it wasn’t bad. The service was good, and the atmosphere was excellent. There was a huge vase of flowers that I thought was gorgeous.

My son loved his burger, and my husband thought his sandwich was good. My sirloin meat loaf was delicious! I devoured it. But despite being covered in gravy or toppings the mashed potatoes and asparagus needed a lot more seasoning. Outside of that, we had a good experience. I would come here again.

Great staff. Amazing bartenders that are super knowledgeable about drinks. The food is very delicious. The Smash Burger is the best hamburger I've ever had in my life. Lastly, a great and friendly atmosphere.

I brought a friend new to the area to this spot, hoping for a great experience, but overall, it was just okay. The food and atmosphere were promising, but the service from our waitress, Lindsay, was disappointing. She came off cold and unengaged throughout the visit.

The main issue was my poke bowl, which I specifically asked to be made without spicy mayo, but it arrived with it anyway. Thankfully, a kind and professional gentleman (later found out he was the manager, Steve) quickly apologized and corrected the mistake. However, when the food was brought back, Lindsay said nothing and simply dropped it off, continuing that same detached attitude even with small things like a to-go box.

When I finally asked to speak to the manager, I realized it had been Steve who helped earlier. He handled the situation with professionalism and care, and my friend noticed a shift in Lindsay’s attitude afterward. Unfortunately, the damage was done by then.

I’m hoping this was just a one-off, but I’ll be hesitant to return anytime soon.

We had such a great experience! We already love this restaurant, but it was my parents' first visit, and they enjoyed it very much. Donald was an amazing server.

This restaurant was pretty solid. The food was really good, the staff and service were spectacular, the seating was comfortable. I definitely will come back again.

Mini crab balls, tai chili shrimp, old bay wings - appetizers were delicious and flavored well. Lobster roll - plenty of lobster with tomatoes. Brunch for 2 entree - plentiful eggs, french toast and bacon. Short rib hash- plentiful and seasoned just right. Delicious mimosas. A little pricey but worth it. My daughter in law wanted to order everything on the menu!

My wife and I stayed at The Hotel at Arundel Preserves for 10 days in Spring of 2025. We ate at the Grillfire multiple times for both lunch and dinner. Never had a bad meal, service, or had to wait for a table. The appetizers were amazing so several times we just had those and drinks. A good mix of sandwiches, steaks, seafood, and specials. Tons of free parking and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and atmosphere. The servers were amazing.

I took my boyfriend out for a father's day dinner last night at this great new restaurant to us. Wait was only 10 minutes. Very nice decor. Love the ceiling and lighting. The cocktails were spot on! The food was delicious. But above all else, our waiter, Nick, was the best part about this. He had great energy and attentiveness. He had the funniest quips and took care of all of our requests. Thank you Nick!

A full house; father's day. Food and drinks delicious. Mini crab crakes, chili shrimp, honey bbq wings; all tasty. wings cooked to perfection-crunchy skin and tender inside. Lobster roll full of lobster and tomatoes, brunch for 2; plenty of eggs bacon and french toast. Short rib hash with eggs so flavorful. Servings were large in size. First time visiting. Will surely be back. A little pricey, but so worth it!
