Management was very rude to employees, spoiling my experience.

I recently came here while visiting family in Towson. I ordered the milk tea with pearl and the employee taking my order was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind - great customer service! The reason for my poor review is because I take issue with the manager who has orange hair.

While I was waiting for my drink to come, I overhead the orange haired manager being very demeaning to the younger employees. She also raised her voice at the employees and was very impatient towards them. I felt so disturbed.

I felt disgusted that an older woman would treat her juniors like this. My observed interaction of the manager and the employees demonstrates that that she lacks empathy. The poor employees were clearly overworked and underpaid - I want to support businesses that care about the wellbeing of their employees. I could not even enjoy my drink, as the manager's attitude tainted my experience. Please support independent bubble tea shops instead!

The softest (not chewy), blandest (no sweetness), worst pearls I’ve had at all Gongcha stores, around the world. Prices are also on the pricier side relatively.

Good dessert-tea. Service was extremely quick, and the staff were kind and helpful. One helped me put my drinks away, and gave me a free drink holder. The drinks with full sugar were a bit too sweet for me, but that is customizable. It is definitely a tad expensive, where one drink is around 5-6 dollars.

Weird Experience: recently, I tried participating in the Final Fantasy event, where if you buy 3 drinks you can get a keychain or mount. The staff said that the keychain was out of stock, but I could see some on the counter which were not in display case. This caused me to feel extremely bitter. I understand that one of the staff members could have acquired one of the keychains through the event, or that it was an alternate display, but it definitely put a damper on the experience, and made me feel a bit distrustful.

One of your employee STOLE multiple stack of cards (maybe 300+) for the FFXIV collab, you should probably investigate because this is not only illegal but they are reselling it for $50 each on eBay. Absolutely against the TOS and not to mention you are losing a lot of customers from this stunt.

I love all the different boba teas, there is a large variety on the menu including egg waffles, brown sugar oatmeal cookies they even have coffee as well.
