The little star peach tea is SPECTACULAR. The tea shop is so cozy and the staff is so welcoming.

I don't think I've ever seen this location have a slow business day! The staff definitely work hard to quickly get drinks out. I do wish prices weren't quite so high, but we love the black milk tea too much to stay away!

This place is nice, the only thing is they messed up the sugar in my drinks, it was almost tasteless, everything else is good, they are just a little inconsistent with their drinks sometimes.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was a bit busy but it was such a calm and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted and while waiting and looking around, the employees made sure I was taken care of and asked if I was picking up or waiting long. I ordered an original egg waffle with powdered sugar and a large mini pearl mango smoothie. My order came out promptly and the egg waffle was so warm and rich with flavor! Not too sweet but everything paired so well! The tables and counters were very clean and I could tell this Gong Cha is very well taken care of compared to other Gong Cha’s. Even when the customers died down, I could see how hard the employees were working to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such a beautiful gong cha inside and out with beautiful music and a wonderful atmosphere! I can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s a nice spot to hang out, unwind, and enjoy a great time with friends. The place gives off a relaxed and inviting vibe. The interior is cute — modern, bright, and super clean. They got self-ordering stands which make the process fast and convenient. You can customize your drink easily and avoid talking to employees.

Beyond the drinks, the shop creates a welcoming environment. They have a shelf full of board games like Uno and other classics, which adds a fun and social twist to the experience. The customer service is friendly and helpful — staff are attentive without hovering and happy to answer any questions about the menu.

Management was very rude to employees, spoiling my experience.

I recently came here while visiting family in Towson. I ordered the milk tea with pearl and the employee taking my order was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind - great customer service! The reason for my poor review is because I take issue with the manager who has orange hair.

While I was waiting for my drink to come, I overhead the orange haired manager being very demeaning to the younger employees. She also raised her voice at the employees and was very impatient towards them. I felt so disturbed.

I felt disgusted that an older woman would treat her juniors like this. My observed interaction of the manager and the employees demonstrates that that she lacks empathy. The poor employees were clearly overworked and underpaid - I want to support businesses that care about the wellbeing of their employees. I could not even enjoy my drink, as the manager's attitude tainted my experience. Please support independent bubble tea shops instead!

The softest (not chewy), blandest (no sweetness), worst pearls I’ve had at all Gongcha stores, around the world. Prices are also on the pricier side relatively.
