I confess; I had not been to a Hardee’s in about 3 years. Am I glad I came back! Yes! The food was tasty, affordable and served at perfect temperature (hot!). The cherry shake woW! was delish, but ABOVE ALL was the KIND, WARM attention provided by EZRA. He was courteous, patient, informed and kind to us. All THAT while aptly performing multiple tasks for both drive-in and dine-in customers like me. He even took the shake and food to our table! The food was a ⭐️ star and the attention provided by Ezra was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ cinco stars! Check this joint out!
I visited the store via the drive thru at 10:50 pm, just before closing on a Friday night. I was indecisive about what I wanted to order due to me coming for my son, who had fallen asleep. Ezra took my order and was patient, calm, and had a welcoming demeanor. I appreciated this because normally the staff at restaurants aren’t pleasant when it gets close to closing. I waited about five minutes for my food and the fries were nice and hot. My wrap wasn’t hot but I still enjoyed it. And, the burger I bought for my son felt warm to touch. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit.
Ordered from doordash last night and regret it since. The milkshake was expired, had chunks of milk inside. The rest of my order was alright until 10 minutes later im running to the bathroom having diahhrea and throwing up everything I ate and drank (which was no more than two sips of that shake).
