Jersey Mike's Subs

The service has always been very friendly and speedy, but the subs are just average. Nothing special, but not bad for a quick sub fix.

My food was made fast and fresh, ordered in person, dine in. Even though my order was perfect, two other people that ordered on line were not happy. One was very late, and the other was incorrect. Still, 5 stars from me since mine was fine. But beware of online orders.

Need a better system for online ordering. Have to wait at pickup counter and hope they remember you to give food when it’s ready. I ordered over 30 mins ago and still no food. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I have to get back to work. Didn’t plan on spending my whole day here.

Un-necessarily disrespectful employee and they need to check the freshness of meat. The meat tasted rancid. I did not ask for a refund I just let the guy know and he went off on me. He led with wanting to call the police and starting an argument. I didn't do anything to this jerk, if you have been careless with the meat just fess up and apologize we could have left it there, there was no need to cause a scene or be disrespectful. Its not even like I asked for them to remake the sandwich. Reposting with just the crazy employees pic, everyone doesnt deserve to be in the pick because other staff is genuinely decent.

The best Jersey Mike's in the area. I purposely drive past the one by my house to this location b/c the staff members are a million times better. The food is consistent. I'll gladly drive the extra 10 minutes knowing my order is correct.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Jersey Mike’s in Hanover!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the amazing team at Jersey Mike’s—Zahire, Hobbs, Obi, Emani, and Mikka. We walked into the store at 8:55 PM, right as they were preparing to close, in the middle of a downpour. We honestly thought we were too late to place an order, but instead of turning us away, they welcomed us with smiles and incredible energy.

Despite the late hour and the storm outside, every single one of them went above and beyond to take care of us. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned what could’ve been a rushed or awkward experience into something truly memorable. The customer service was top-tier, and they didn’t just serve us food—they served it with respect, patience, and heart.

It’s rare to find a team that treats late-night guests with the same care as midday customers. Zahire, Hobbs, Obi, Emani, and Mikka—you all are rockstars. Thank you for your warmth, your hustle, and for making our night!

I ordered the tuna fish sub and it was not good! My stomach and along with my friend was upset the next day and it was like that for a couple of hours, thank God the pain went away. We ended up throwing half of the sub away and we all know these subs are expensive. This was the first sub that I ever received from this establishment that was a disappointment. I'm assuming the tuna fish was old or it was not kept cold enough. Will never order it again, but the other subs in the past have been delicious.

Unfortunately this place doesn’t understand how to read instructions on how to make proper sub. My order was supposed to have several different types of Italian lunch meat and well all I got was ham and provolone cheese. Whats really interesting is they actually have instructions pasted to the wall on how to make each sub, guess the staff can’t read or they just don’t care. Eitherway I won’t be back.

I attended around noon on Friday, 5/23/25. This is a model Jersey Mike's. I am a religious Jersey Mike's patron and this was far and away the best I have ever attended. The woman who made my sandwich was so precise. Each slice carefully arranged on the bread. I have been waiting for someone to care enough for this! Normally I have to just remake my sandwich afterwards to make the meat even. The gentlemen doing toppings and register were delightful too. The toppings guy was able to do the juice from a foot or two above the sandwich! The music was also excellent!

Great location! Everyone was super helpful, worked as a team, was very attentive and took care of our order very quickly and efficiently with care.

The customer service was amazing Mica, Amani ,and Wooje deserve a raise plus the food was very fresh and I could taste freshness while eating the food. The only thing is I wish they served fries 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this location 👍

Got the original Italian made into a sub bowl. It was delicious.
