The sandwich makers were talking over eachother and weren't listening to our sandwich orders at all

After I waited 20 minutes they gave me the wrong order
Excited to take my 10 year old after his soccer game, we walked in only 1 customer ahead and I believe he already ordered. 5 EMPLOYEES, I made eye contact with at least 3. Waited a cpl minutes, NO ONE greeted us it was ready to take our order. They just were talking amongst themselves. So we left. My son even asked “what, they didn’t want to serve us?” I replied apparently not.” He then asked “can we go to subway?”
I replied we sure can and they had people who barely spoke English but we were served very quickly and were eating within a cpl minutes. I will NEVER go back to that one

Made my sandwich wrong. The receipt says exactly what I ordered. The sub wasn’t even good enough to ask to remake it. They should hire some adults instead of staff full of kids.

Very unprofessional. Messed up my husband and I sandwiches, we came back to have them remake it, it took over 28mins for them to even start to remake the food. We had 6 other people walk in and out with their food before even starting the remake. The young Asian gentleman was very unprofessional talking on the phone asking multiple people to join him playing basketball after work, all while customers are waiting to be rung up for their purchase! I’m very disappointed with this customer service. They messed my husband and I food up before (about a month ago) but we chalked it up to being busy but this last encounter was ridiculous!

The restaurant is dirty, counters are dirty, employees look like they hate being there (not all of them though - some of them have a huge smile on their faces when you come in). Sandwiches with oil and vinegar end up being soggy and gross to eat. The flavor is good, just not what I thought with all the good reviews I hear about.

Great service & food. When my husband and I went in the door we were greeted by one of the staff. We were undecided about what we wanted to eat and one of the employees suggested the Philly chicken cheesesteak. He said it was really good so we decided to go with that and he was right on point. We were served and received our food really quickly. The food was excellent.
We also had an opportunity to converse with the manager. Pleasant demeanor, very personable and professional. We will definitely patronize this Jersey Mike’s, Hanover, MD location again soon. Thank you for such great service!?

Normally they are amazing. Apparently when you order delivery they take advantage. This serving is a joke. Small fork for size reference. This should be a serving size for an entire sub and would barely fit a small kids sub.
Paid extra for extra bacon and they missed that too.
The only way this place is good is if you watch them make everything. Second time dealt with adding something extra and not getting it.

Jersey Mike’s subs has really good deli meat and their bread is really soft but every time I go in there I feel like I’m being rushed like I don’t have enough time to look at the menu like I should already know what I want to order before I walk in there and to me that’s not great customer service. Even the people that walk in seem to always wanna rush you as well so it’s almost like that Service is promoting that type of behavior. The last time I was in there, I asked to have pepperoni added to my sub, and it went in 1 ear and out the other and I had to reiterate to the next guy that was going to put my sandwich together that I asked for pepperoni. Also, when I got to the register part, one of the workers was tapping her fingers on the table. No ma’am, finger tapping is extremely rude.

You guys really need to READ your orders. Asked for extra lettuce and extra onions and got none. Asked to please not cut my bread, you cut my bread. The last time I had white bread at the bottom and wheat bread on top of my sandwich.

The crew was friendly, and welcoming. The usual number 13 regular with a little mayo. Delicious!
