It's way to expensive to even eat here anymore. The sides used to come with the meal. They are now charging sides separately from the item you picked. It would have been cheaper to go to Texas roadhouse or any sit down restaurant. For just 1 fry, 2 tenders, a burger, sub and 2 milk shakes about 100. It is 100% not worth it anymore.

Very nice mall restaurant experience. Almost like the coziness of the silver dinner. They have vegan shakes!

Milkshakes are over priced. Fountain sodas is $4. In general too expensive for the quality of food being served.

I’ve been to this location dozens of times and I have to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were seated at a table and had no server for 1 hour. When it reached 40 mins, I went up to the hostess and told her that we hadn’t been served. She had to go and ask someone to serve us and even that took an additional 20 mins (1 hour of waiting total). Others around us got served within that time frame and we tried to get their attention, but we were ignored. Some customers even noticed and commented on how long we waited. When we got our food, we got our drinks and burgers, but no fries. We waited an additional 10 minutes for the fries, even though everything was ordered all at once. At the very end, all we got was an apology and I found it highly disappointing. We would’ve left sooner, but we were under the impression we’d be served soon since the other tables around us were served. Seeing people who got there before us and leaving before us was upsetting, and the fact that the servers for surrounding tables didn’t notice until we had to say something was terrible. It was not busy that day or time so I’m not sure why we were treated in that manner. We will not be returning.

Visited this restaurant waited 40 minutes for a burger for it to come out wrong our server was great it wasn't his fault he waited and waited at the counter for them to give us our food and even asked if it was the special order unfortunately it wasn't no manager ever came over to apologize or asked if they could make it could be made again we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere horrible manager and customer service

The food at this location is always pretty good.Pretty low meetings, not a lot of frill.I feel like the milkshakes are extremely overpriced. Chili cheese hot dog is extremely misleading.It looks like a foot long, but technically is just a
regular size hotdogs. I really like the chili at this restaurant. The service was great and our waitress was very attentive. Did not have to ask for refills or anything Additional.

Friendly and quick service and gluten free buns. Unfortunately prices have gone up (waitress accidentally gave us old menu but gave us a discount when we pointed out the price difference), the burger patties seem smaller, and there's no physical jukebox, just a QR code. Used to be 5/5, now 3/5.
