It has gone downhill in the last year, you barely get any boba when you get it and the macarons are stale. Takes forever even when there is no one else and they don't have a 25% or 0% sweet option anymore. Go to the other boba place instead.

If I could gave 0 star review. I would . I had one of the worst experiences here i payed 6.5 for boba tea which if you drink boba you know that is a go price to pay but when I got my drink it was only milk and tea and than they tried to make me pay 3$ more for boba that was not in the cup so I took the milk and threw it away. DO NOT GO THERE if you love boba tea go to HEYEA NOT HERE.

I bought 3 drinks, Brown sugar milk tea, Rose from SanFranisco, and Black Lychee. They were all made quickly and tasted amazing! These are always my favorite drinks to get, I canāt wait to try the other options
The drinks were very good and exactly what we ordered. The prices were some of the most affordable based on some other places weāve been to.
The customer service could have been better when ordering so thatās why Iām knocking off a star.

The employee was so rude at the Arundel location. I was about to purchase and was looking at menu but I asked for a napkin and the lady very rudely told me āno, only customers can get napkinsā. I was possibly a customer until I received that nasty response. I left after that and I will NOT be spending my money on that kind of behavior towards customers. ALL FOR A NAPKIN.

Kokee Tea is a nice spot for boba drinks with a wide range of customisationsāflavour choices, sweetness levels, ice options, and different types of boba. However, one major downside is the excessive ice, especially in slushy-based drinks.
I tried the Pina Coladaāthe flavour was refreshing, but half the cup was just ice, which really diluted the experience. I recommend requesting no ice or light ice to enjoy the drink better.
On the positive side, the Purple Love (taro-based) and the melon drink were both delicious and worth trying. With better control over the ice, Kokee Tea has the potential to be a much more enjoyable boba spot.
