Chicken itself is always fresh and well-seasoned. Sometimes the language barrier gets a few things lost in translation, such as when I say "all dark" for my half chicken (as it says you can do on the menu) and get home to find I have a standard half a chicken.
Big thing that would set Lima's Chicken into a new path for me would be to have them fry their steak fries more crispy, no one likes soggy fries. Through some course seasoned salt on those crispy fries...
Never had Peruvian food before. The food is absolutely fireðŸ˜ðŸ‡µðŸ‡ª Sat down with my Korean and Jamaican friends, they loved it as well. No clue how long this place has been here but the quality is definitely going to make it a staple for the area.
We came here before and got the chicken with beans and rice, and it was good. I came back another time and ordered the chicken nachos, but they were horrible and served cold. It was mostly just big pieces of tomato, jalapeño, and onion with sour cream, and the chicken tasted old. I couldn’t even eat it. The service was okay, though.
