The server was OK. The tuna appetizer that we ordered the tuna had freezer or refrigerator burn so we sent it back. But it was obvious! the people preparing it had to have seen the huge discoloration. The other app we ordered was the crab dip and that never came so by the time we got our entrées, I asked her to just take it off the bill. She forgot. The rest of food was fine nothing exceptional but everything was tasty enough. I've been here several times, but this was the most disappointing. It was really kind of a shame because I talked up the restaurant and I had a party of 14.

The food was horrible. The crab dip had an awful smell. When brought to the manager's attention, he promised to speak with the chef and said it would no longer be served. Yet he continued letting other patrons eat it. He never offered my wife a replacement, just said he'd remove it from the bill. When the check arrived, we were still charged for it. To make matters worse, my food arrived cold and had to be sent back. When it returned, my dishes came out one at a time instead of together, forcing me to eat piecemeal. The manager never addressed any of this. Additionally, the service in the bar area is consistently slow, we've experienced this multiple times. It takes forever to get food, drinks, or even the check. He clearly needs additional support. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly disrespectful. We've been loyal customers because the food and service are normally amazing, but this experience has made us question whether we'll return. Management needs to do better.

Arrived on time, was told there beca 45 min wait, they have fish and chips, brought me unsweetened tea, just a bad trip for me overall.

For the upscale feel at first and high menu prices, expectations were not met. Service was slow despite restaurant not being full. No blame on our waitress. She was friendly & accommodating. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them and another ten minutes to get our food. The breakfast platter was fairly good, but the crispy chicken sandwich left much to be desired. Some parts of the sandwich were hard and not crispy. They could not be eaten. Very disappointing for $94 bill.

They did not have my reservation that I made on Open Table. Luckily it was extremely busy and we were able to get seated right away.

Not a good experience. The service was new and not knowledgeable. Didn't know the happy hour specials forgot to put our food order in so it took 45 months for ordering from the appetizer menu. The manager was not very helpful or concerned. The bad thing was there was several other staff members that we had to continue to ask for help but no one offered to take over our table after several problems. Then messed up the check overcharging for drinks and telling us they weren't on special when it was clearly on the website and we'd verified it with the bartender. Then overcharged our cards so we are waiting to make sure they were voided. I've never had a dining experience with that many issues and the manager does not step in to help. It wasn't even that busy! The music was good, the food decent, and the drinks ok. Not sure if I'd go back.

We had a dinner reservation at 6:15 on Saturday night. We waited 20 minutes before they even spoke to us and then one of the hostesses sat us at a table by the bar. We then waited another 20 minutes and nobody showed up. I went over to the hostess she then said she was sorry and that they were overbooked. She said I can order you your food, but I can't guarantee when you would get it so even if we had a reservation it really didn't matter. People were leaving left and right because we were all supposed to go see Jerry Seinfeld that night I saw one couple where the woman got the food and the husband got nothing so in my opinion it was we save money because we didn't eat there. We ended up eating in the eatery there and I'll never go back there

Very disappointing visit. When we arrived, we were warned that the bar was extremely busy and our drink would take about 15 minutes to get. We ordered anyways and waited, waited, waited, finished our appetizer, waited, finished our dinner, and then 1 hour from when we arrive, we received our drinks. One of the drinks - a Dirty Martini ($19)- was brought in a small stemless wine glass as they had run out of martini glasses. The Manhattan that was ordered also came in a stemless wine glass and had a weird berry in it. A very unfortunate visit.

Notified me DAY OF Mother’s Day that they allowed for a Mother’s Day brunch booking with only 15 min allowed for brunch. At the time of booking with the casino this week, they said they could accommodate. They suggested pushing reservation to 4 before me asking to see if they could offer an earlier accommodation. Unfortunately that accommodation was too soon to allow for all the mothers in the party to get there on time. I told them this should have been told at least 1 day in advance, not 2.5 hours before booking. Completely unacceptable service, lacking empathy and understanding. A poor experience to say the least.

Absolutely stellar service from Nate at David’s!
We had a big group spread across 3 different tables and 9 separate checks—and Nate didn’t miss a single beat. He was organized, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly with a smile the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who can juggle that much and still make every person feel taken care of. Huge kudos to Nate for making our experience seamless and fun!

I had the Shrimp and lobster pasta casserole. The dish was full of lobster, shrimp and crab. It was very rich and flavorful. The dish was filling and served piping hot. My dining partner had the grilled salmon that was very tasteful as well. The only negative aspect of the meal was she felt the salmon dish was a small portion and not filling and for me the pasta dish was so rich my stomach was immediately upset before I finished the meal. She had the bread pudding for dessert. It took awhile to get, however, it was a large portion and very tasteful. Overall, I would recommend dining there and will go again.

There were 7 patrons at 4 tables including ours and two wait staff available. The hostess, Kim, was very pleasant. We waited about 7 minutes before our waiter, Carlton, came to our table. He was also very pleasant. We gave our order, with a question about home fries. We finally got coffee after 10 more minutes. Twenty minutes after that, Carlton delivered our orders; a strawberry cheesecake waffle for my husband and two PLAIN pancakes for me. Even though I ordered blueberry pancakes and specificaly asked if the blueberries were incorporated in the batter. He said they were incorporated AND additional bllueberries would be on the top. I asked that none be on top of the pancakes. They were completely plain. He then said, "I'll be right back with your butter and syrup." He then proceeded to stop and take an order at another table. Approximately ten more minutes passed before he came back with the syrup and sides of bacon. My pancakes were ice cold by then as they were only slightly warm when they were served. I refused both the cold pancakes and the bacon. Even though my husband's was only slightly warm. he ate his food. I, on the other hand, was not interested in two big, dry pancakes. To top things off, 2 cups of coffee, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 cold waffle and 1side of bacon cost $48. Fortunately, I remembered that since we had attended a concert the previous night, we were entitiled to 20% off of our bill. It only took Carlton 10 MORE minutes to bring us our amended check. By the way, we never recieved the home fries either (or an answer about the ingredients of same). i didn't give Carlton a tip. The worst, most careless service I've had in quite some time. Maybe it was his first day. If that's the case, I might have cut him some slack. Seemed to be a fine person, just an awful waiter.

Food was enjoyable. After each course of the meal . The plates were never removed . We our selfsame removed plates to a unused table so we could continue our meals. Had to grab our own silver ware. Crab cakes were burn and dripping with grease . The only reason our meal turned out was our server Gloria was super nice and friendly.

I have to compliment Michael Frederick. This young man needs to be promoted to Manager or train to be an assistant manager. Michael kept the restaurant functional. He was multi-tasking, while still maintaining his energy and professionalism. He was the Host, he was the waiter, he was the server and he was cleaning the tables. This young man was phenomenal and I pray that his devotion and expertise gets him far in this organization.

The staff is always nice, friendly and pleasant. Although the food at buffet kept running low. They apologized because of the unusually larger customers than normal. It was fine and we celebrated the last day of my birthday month. Thank you
