Haven't been here in awhile and perhaps I know why. It's Not Food, It's Salt.
Everything was Salty weather the appetizers or the Steaks. JUST A Lot Of SALT.

Me and my partner's first time at a Longhorn Steakhouse and we loved it! Huge thank you to our server Morgan M., he was absolutely wonderful! So kind and on top of it!

Great food. I love the bone-in rib steak. My wife loves the parmesian crusted chicken. Our server, John was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I should have heeded the reviews about this Long Horn. Stek was cooked pwrectly but was ignored the rest of the time by an extremely noninterested derver. Order was incorrect and I couldn't get his attention to fix it before I was through. Nwxt time he spoke to me was to give me the check.Worst Long Horn experience ever!

Recommended dishes: Outlaw Ribeye Steak, Salad

It was quite busy for a Thursday night and had a moderate wait time, we were told 30 minutes but it wound up being almost an hour wait to get a seat. The waitress was amazing however and got us our drinks and appetizers (Texas Tonion, their version of bloomin onion) quite fast. The food (I got the Outlaw Ribeye) was very good however, my companions steak came out rare when they ordered medium-rare (not a big deal to us but maybe to others). Overall a good experience with decent quality food for a chain restaurant.

Food was good and the place was clean. However, as I sat at the bar, I overheard my server and another server cursing and screaming at each other. I understand getting in arguments, but the behavior left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Plus, my server was so upset that he neglected to ask me if I wanted a dessert after my meal.

This happened on December 31, 2025 at approximately 330pm.

I like Longhorn Steakhouse, but the next time I want a meal and I’m in the area, I’ll go to Olive Garden.

Just picked up lunch for my company and spent almost $600 to have 6 of the meals wrong.

Service was very slow and they were not busy. Took over 30 minutes for them to bring out lunch salads. Also, my soup was not hot. Didn't send it back because it would take too long.

When they opened, This is a restaurant that stared with there A game. WOW and they continue to operate with there A game. Their team operates as a well oil machine 👏. One servicer dropped a whole tray of drinks, within 2 minutes you didn't even know it happened. The food 😋 tasted as good as it looked, I had a guest from out of town and everyone at my table enjoyed there food. My server gets 5 stars, and she a large group but checked all of tables even time that she brought something out she was Amazing. Excellent Job LongHorn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mya was my server and she was great. The food was trash compared to the other longhorns that I've been to. When i told the manager, Alex R., he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care, told me that he was the one who made my food and that they didn't usually put broccoli in top of the loaded potatoes but he did it bc they weren't busy and walked away. The location in Reading, PA didn't have a problem with my request and their food was good. First and last visit at this location. If you go, ask for Mya to be your server and she is good! She made it a pleasant experience!
