They've nailed it all. Food, service, and, finally, a restaurant that plays music that perfectly suits the menu...at a perfect level... not so loud you have to shout at each other. Best Steak I've had in a long time. Waitress had a great sense of humour (I e. She laughed at my jokes) 😄

I arrived at the restaurant and was escorted by a tall African American gentleman to a table at a loud and boisterous party. Politely, I asked if I could be seated somewhere quieter, but instead of accommodating my request, he left me standing there, giving me an evil look and the silent treatment. The embarrassment was overwhelming. I returned to the front and asked a young lady if I could find a quieter spot. She took me to a quieter section

My waiter was initially pleasant, but I soon found myself waiting an inordinate amount of time for my food. When it finally arrived, it was served by someone else, and to my dismay, it was cold—my steak was dried out The original waiter returned only after I had finished my meal, and at that point, all I wanted was the bill. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I doubt I will return to this restaurant.

Waiter took order amd NEVER saw him again. Someone else dropped food, no drink refills and only way to get check was to pay online. Needed a box and asked someone who was cleaning tables and he told me to go ask the hostess! She was VERY pleasant and.quick! Wish she would have waited on us..Food was good.

I really enjoy the sides at long horn. They def have the best sides of any of the big steak houses. The steak is good, but not the best of all the steak houses but still enjoyable. The atmosphere at this specific location is busy and a little wild, due to the closeness to the mall. So if your looking for a quiet place this isn't it. That being said the staff are friendly and while a little loud and busy, its still a great place to stop and eat.

I treated myself to LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner recently and I couldn’t have been happier. This place gets extremely busy but the staff are calm, cool, and collected. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Thank you LongHorn Steakhouse!

We have been to Longhorn before and the food was ok. But today the cook did an excellent job on both my steak and my husband’s. We both ordered our steaks cooked to medium. Nice to get a steak that was cooked to perfection. The shrimp appetizer was also very good.
