Very cute coffee shop inside the live hotel. I ordered a Cinnabon cupcake and it was so moist and tasted so good! The core was filled with cinnamon filling. It was definitely a tasty surprise.

At 7 in the morning, before heading off to the airport, we wanted some coffee and instead were presented with an employee with no desire to make the correct coffee or provide us with the appropriate coffee order. I understand having a bad day, but this was unacceptable.

They sent me a $10 Free Play for updating my email......but my card had expired so I would have to come in get my card updated....but can't get the Free Play that day....so I would have to come back again. They really don't care and why am I surprised,

I’m a Chairman which supposedly is the best card !!! at Live and it just keeps getting worse !!! I have lost hundreds of thousands there. I get $80 a week in free play !! If you are coming to Maryland and in particular if you bet bigger don’t come to live. I’ve never won over $7,000 yet I watch the same kind of players betting from 50 cents to $2.00 winning tens of thousands. The Restaurants that are open prices are ridiculous and the food is terrible. If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is insane. We had a room here and wanted to eat drink and gamble. So they gave us a comp to eat and we couldn’t use it bc there were 3 hr waits at the restaurants and this was 730 and everything closed at 10. When asked if they could switch it the told us order the food to go. Lol we were not trying to do that so we settled with burgers. That’s ok too. Then me and my wife were playing and drinking and having a good time. We went out to smoke and the security here would not let my wife back in. They said she wobbled a little to much. Lol really then not to mention I explained I had a room there and asked if they could escort us to the room. There response was crazy it was 18 degrees outside and icy and with police surrounding the building they told us we had to walk around the whole building outside to get to our hotel room. A lot of things could have went wrong here I do not recommend this place if your looking to spend a fun might drinking and gambling. I highly recommend mgm for this type of fun.

This casino is HORRIBLE!!!! YOU have to pay for your drinks while gambling!! There is no where to purchase alcohol other than the waitresses that take up to an hour to get to you and 30 minutes to get back to you!!! Its a joke and don't recommend it to anybody EVER!!!!!

My husband and I are regular visitors at Live, but it’s become nothing but a waste of time and money. I see jackpots hit every once in awhile but it’s always the same people who spend $20 $30 a hit and the jackpot aren’t even that big. I see people bored nobody looks like they’re having fun. The bathrooms are filthy! My win loss last year 2020 was $11,000, and to this day I’ve won nothing. NOTHING!!! I use my players card I get no perks they took away military appreciation day... when I asked about that they said we must play so much to get the military discount and perks. This place has become such a big rip off. I used to invite friends with me to visit Live but not anymore it’s actually embarrassing and I will never recommend this place to anyone anymore. I live in York PA, they’re currently building a Hollywood casino in my city and when that opens.... GOODBYE MARYLAND LIVE!

I have yet to try anything within their dessert display, but the cupcake I bought for someone said it was moist!The coffee is Starbucks, so can't really go wrong with that. The employees are a bit...well, not in a hurry. There were two behind the counter, one was making a drink for my friend and the other was doing busy work. I stood by the register waiting for someone to take my order. It ended up being the girl who did my friend's drink. Good thing it's not busy whenever I come to visit the counter.

Went to take my boyfriends parents there since it was their first time at checking out the new hotel and all. The young African American girl (Maybe early twenties) Was working by herself and clearly no line. As my boyfriends parents aren't very good in English, it took a little time placing our order and all. She seemed to rush us to make a decision (again NO one else was in line) And then upon leaving, my boyfriend asked for to-go lids and was ignored while she giggled and laughed with a casino worker that came to chat with her. So after completely ignoring him she grabbed it himself. She made a smart comment and rolled her eyes. Very \\\"Professional\\\" people you have working in such a nice hotel, huh?

We stopped for our morning coffee but had to have a danish. Since I love to bake these were one of the best danish I ever had.. The employees were very polite. Will stop there again.
