Walked in yesterday during the dinner hour, counter was completely unmanned, I waited a couple minutes, could see staff in the back, but they weren't interested in customers out front, so I simply walked out, got in my car, and left. That's an easy $12 you lost.

Ordered plain burger patties for my dogs as treat after getting groomed. What i got was burger patties with onions that are poisonous to dogs.

08/08/25 at 9pm, I stopped by here while visiting from Richmond, Virginia. I ordered food for my family and before I left, I checked the bag and found out that literally half of my order was wrong. After going inside in an effort to ensure order accuracy, they still somehow neglected to include sauces for all 3 nuggets, an entire Happy meal was missing, and I did not receive extra Big Mac sauce that I paid for. My large fries were not full and there were no napkins in the bag. If I hadn't been physically in the restaurant to see the problems, I would have found out later at the hotel room after everyone's food was cold. Another issue was that there were people just sitting around without having any food, charging phones, and even asking for money. When the orders were called, they were allowed to look in the bags to see if it was theirs! It wasn't theirs because they had not placed an order! The manager tried to console me by saying they were busy. I hope someone sees this and takes action. This place has gotten worse and worse over the last 10 years!

They often mess up orders. They have giveth me burgers without meat or forgot sandwiches all together.

One of the worst service ever, very rude, they shut the windows in-front of face, dont even know how to talk.
They completely ran out soft drinks, milk, and bottled water. They allowed me to order then informed me there were no fountain drinks. Customer service is awful. I would not stop at this location! I have never seen anything like this before.

If you dont know english and you're the cook fine. If you handle customers you should probably know enough english to handle any questions. Secondly, they made me wait 9 minutes for one burger at the drive through (not even a combo) and it wasnt even busy. Lastly, when they hand gestured me over to the next window and finally my food shows up by this rbf faced angry lady who shoves the food at me without saying anything. Btw My burger was burnt to a crisp. I’ve been through alot and sucked it up fighting for our country So suck it up and serve your customers respectfully. Its McDonalds, its not that hard… everyone in there today looked like they’ve tried to escape scientology unsuccessfully multiple times. Anyways, do better.
