I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I specifically requested that it be fresh, with no pickles and no middle bun. When I received my order, it was incorrect, so I went back and politely asked for it to be fixed. The replacement order was worse: it still had pickles, no lettuce, included the middle bun, the meat was extremely dry and hard as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and the lemonade tasted like water.
To avoid causing further issues, I went back through the drive-thru and politely requested a refund. When I reached the window, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He looked at the burger, touched it with his bare hands, and stated with a dismissive attitude that it was “perfectly fine,” despite the issues I explained. I remained calm and non-confrontational throughout the interaction. As a manager, I believe the situation should have been handled much more professionally. I have never experienced customer service like this before. He then told me not to come back to the location again.

Does not happy with customer service the food was decent the customer service was a zero and they definitely don't fill up french fries all I ask was could be fill up my fries and it was so much attitude disrespect never again going back

I don’t live near here, but I’ve been a few times. The food is always hot fresh & correct.
I was told the Manager was very strict about people sitting in after the lobby close at 11. I did not know they close at 11 when I ordered my ride. Google said 12 AM I thought. A young man allowed me to sit in until my ride came. I was very appreciative of them.

I’m writing to report ongoing issues at the McDonald’s on Arundel Mills Blvd. The nighttime staff consistently provides poor service — long wait times, cold food, and unprofessional behavior. The manager in particular is the worst example of leadership I’ve seen at this location, displaying rude and dismissive behavior toward customers. Instead of ensuring orders are correct and guests are treated with respect, staff seem more focused on rushing people through the line. This experience reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and should be addressed promptly

, I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for pickup at the Arundel Mills Blvd McDonald’s location. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I provided my mobile order number to the employee on duty. However, the manager (Henry) stated that he could not see my order in the system and refused to assist me further.
To resolve the issue, I immediately contacted McDonald’s corporate mobile app support by phone. The corporate representative confirmed that my order had been successfully updated in their system and requested to speak directly with the on-site manager to verify the update.
When I informed the manager (Henry) that corporate support was on the phone to assist, he became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He stated, “I don’t have time for this,” and refused to speak with the corporate representative or check the system again, even though corporate had confirmed the order was valid.
Despite me showing proof of payment and receipts through the McDonald’s app, Henry continued to refuse assistance, saying he “wasn’t going to help” and that he was “done with it.” I remained calm and stated that I would wait in line until the issue was resolved and my food was prepared.
Rather than addressing the issue or verifying my order, Henry called the police and instructed staff to take other orders around my vehicle, deliberately ignoring me and refusing service. This was a humiliating, unprofessional, and unnecessary escalation, especially when I had clear proof of payment and corporate assistance on the line.

This is my second time getting breakfast here and I go through drive-thru and when I get to work to eat my muffins are always burnt but yet my cheese is hardly melted. I try calling the store to talk to manager and no one answers the phone.
