Such a fun place to go

Food was good, not great, but awesome that the chicken was NOT dry!!! Really only complaint is that no one in our party could hear the spoken words during the show. We had 25yr & 50yr in our party, so mixed hearing capabilities. Just could not make out most of the words - we were in front row in the middle. We were able to follow along the acting, at least we think so lol. Great thing to see at least once.

A great experience! However they pack the seats waaaay too tight. No room to even move your elbows. Some of the employees at the store & drinks stands weren't friendly at all.

Had a blast here! Food is just fine pretty easy for everyone to enjoy. Chicken was nice and seasoned and tender. The show was pretty enjoyable. Best part for me by far was the falconry.

Everyone was amazing. The show was fun and engaging, the employees were SO incredibly helpful and kind. My 14yo son was cheering on and had a great time. Totally worth it!

I drive down from Levittown, PA to bring my wife, mother-in-law, and children to this awesome place for mother's day. And I'm glad I chose this location. I originally planned on going to the NJ location, but by just the look of the place from the outside, it doesn't even look like a castle like this one does. It looks more like a White Castle fast food. This castle looks like a real one. Great host, great show, delicious food, fun entertainment, and great service at the bar. The are a few servers than can use more experience with entertaining the guests while the show is going on. I know dealing with an intense crowd could make them a bit frustrated but that's their job. But other than that, we had a blast. Definitely checking this one off from my bucket list. I highly recommend this place (Hanover, MD)

The Midieval Times dinner was good based on what I expected. They have a general meal for the event which includes a chicken quarter, corn, potato, ans bread. They allow visitors to adjust to a vegetarian option upon request. Also, a special meal can be requested if an onion free or egg free meal is needed. I got the general meal. It was an average meal in reference to taste but that was what I expected for how it was prepared and served. The waitress responsible for our section seemed a bit stressed with trying to serve that amount of people. The show was entertaining for the kiddos. Overall good experience.

The experience and service are great. Just not a fan of smelling a zoo while eating.

Edit: additional customer services made this an easy 5. Best customer service.

I heavily enjoyed it. My whole group did. But I have 3 concerns.
Entry was a bit chaotic. Including parking. We had two groups of total of 11. And it seemed like at first that was complicated. There has to be a better way.
It was unnecessarily loud. I couldn't understand what people were saying because it was too loud.
The begining portion of the show gets stale quick. I can only watch horses trot for so long.
