Workers were great and busting their chops but food was meh and watered down tasting not worth its price

They no longer had the adobo chicken. The other options were beef, tofu or upcharged white meat chicken. I watched as they pack another customer 's bowl and it seemed pretty skimpy. I would avoid this place.

Terrible customer service and quality control. The only Moe's I've visited across the East Coast where you have to prove you placed a pick up order although we give them our full names. Every time we place multiple pick up orders, I have to get proof from my family or they won't give me the order.

They don't answer their phone and their voicemail is always full, so good luck if you want to reach out to management. If you want to be treated like a thief by the staff/ manager and get half a bowl of food with barely any protein, this is the location for you.

We place at least 2 orders per week and still get the worst service. If this isn't the only Moe's in my area I'd never order from this location. No wonder all the other Moe's in my area have gone out of business.

I thought it was just us but I hope the management takes notes from the reviews, they don't lie!

Catering order will never be ready on time.

I called to ask a simple question and instead of answering the person the employee asked told her to hang up and I never got my question answered. The question was if they participated in the kids eat free on Tuesdays that their corporate website says some locations do and to call to verify

I order a chicken burrito and 55% of it was rice and no chicken how can you mess up something so simple as a burrito do yourself a favor a just go to another food stand you’ll thank me .

Oily tortilla chips, mushy rice, one of the worst salsa dips I have ever tried, all ingrdients thrown into a bowl carelessly... a total mess.
They used to be good.
I hope this was just an isolated incident.

They double-charged me for my meal, and never responded when I reached out for a refund. Terrible customer service.

I came in a while ago, and it had been even longer since I had last been to a Moe’s southwest. If this is what Moe’s has become then they have really fallen off. Like it’s not necessarily Taco Bell quality but it’s definitely sub-Chipotle. i ate here for nostalgia reasons and was deeply disappointed. The food was mid, the service wasn’t the most friendly and it was really not trying to get beyond “food court eatery” in terms of atmosphere. Definitely not worth it.

Parking: It’s in the Mall Food Court so you have an entire mall parking lot attached to it.

Food is perpetually cold. Beans are undercooked and the meats are cold and tough. Rice is dry most times. Burritos are wrapped haphazardly. More like folded into a ball my coworker says. Manager and others are almost always on the phone or in the back and you have to repeat what you want on average twice, as little to no English is understood. In the past this location was one of my favorites in the Arundel Mills food court. It may be time for Moe’s Southwestern Grill to give up the ghost.

So we come here somewhat often because we love Moe’s in general. HOWEVER, this location sucks. We only come here because it’s the closest one to where we live. We have gotten our moneys worth probably one time in the handful we’ve had it. We usually both get the bowl and they are beyond skimpy with the toppings and the bowl isn’t even at least half filled, EVER. They also always forget some type of topping which okay mistakes happen, but the fact that they barely give any toppings. The bowl is almost $15 i believe and we probably get $5 worth. Beyond overpriced for what you get. They need to either learn to keep bigger portions of the toppings OR lower your prices to actually be worth it. Also, down below is a picture of my bag of chips from last night.. like literally WHAT EVEN IS THIS 😒 Beyond ridiculous. The owners need to either talk to their employees or do something about this. Again, make the price lower or give people more food for what they pay for because it isn’t cheap.
