Moe's Southwest Grill

I just purchased from this restaurant in the mall. I watched them give more food to Hispanics & call Hispanics to the front of the line when we were already waiting. I’ll never patronize your business again. That’s what prejudice & racism does.

T-mobile Tuesday and we showed up for the free entree. No onions and peppers! That's ridiculous.... it's a staple! I'm asking for a vegetarian salad bowl. First minus: guacamole is not free with the veggie bowl. Chipotle wins!!!!

Really good service! I forgot her name but the lady who's name start with Y, is amazing. Love her!

A lovely worker by the name of Yahaira A showed exceptional courtesy and customer service.
Portions were excellent and just what I asked for.

They no longer had the adobo chicken. The other options were beef, tofu or upcharged white meat chicken. I watched as they pack another customer 's bowl and it seemed pretty skimpy. I would avoid this place.

Terrible customer service and quality control. The only Moe's I've visited across the East Coast where you have to prove you placed a pick up order although we give them our full names. Every time we place multiple pick up orders, I have to get proof from my family or they won't give me the order.

They don't answer their phone and their voicemail is always full, so good luck if you want to reach out to management. If you want to be treated like a thief by the staff/ manager and get half a bowl of food with barely any protein, this is the location for you.

We place at least 2 orders per week and still get the worst service. If this isn't the only Moe's in my area I'd never order from this location. No wonder all the other Moe's in my area have gone out of business.

I thought it was just us but I hope the management takes notes from the reviews, they don't lie!

Catering order will never be ready on time.

I called to ask a simple question and instead of answering the person the employee asked told her to hang up and I never got my question answered. The question was if they participated in the kids eat free on Tuesdays that their corporate website says some locations do and to call to verify

I order a chicken burrito and 55% of it was rice and no chicken how can you mess up something so simple as a burrito do yourself a favor a just go to another food stand you’ll thank me .

Oily tortilla chips, mushy rice, one of the worst salsa dips I have ever tried, all ingrdients thrown into a bowl carelessly... a total mess.
They used to be good.
I hope this was just an isolated incident.
