Buy one get one April 4 more like scam your customers I ordered a bowl with chicken and asked for the same exact thing, and they gave me about two pieces of chicken and barely any toppings. Moe, you need to do better step your game up. I definitely would not recommend eating here. If I could get zero stars, I would.

The manager is rude and highly unprofessional. I would never eat at this poorly ran establishment nor would I trust their food. I was extremely shocked at the rude and dismissive response I received when I asked for fresh food. Major red flag ?

An employee completely disregarded a member of our party and skipped them to give the remaining steak to serve an employee at Cajun Grill, then informed us to wait 10 min for food to cook as we watched the Cajun Grill employee check out. After requesting a different scoop of another meat we had to choose because they wanted to please another employee, (we knew we had to pay extra for) a different employee came and told us they only give one scoop.So if you want customer service from employees who let people jump in front you in line, inconvenience you, and then tell you they can only give you a scoop of whatever they have left, then this is the place for you.

In addition to giving me something different than what I ordered on the app, I saw an employee tasting ingredients in the food bar with her bare, ungloved hands. She then proceeded to hand me my order without sanitizing or washing her hands. When I called the store to ask for a refund, the voicemail inbox was full. Eek. I love Moe's but won't be coming back :(.

The people who work here are miserable. No greeting, no enthusiasm. I swear the one lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked if there was juice for the kids meal. She just gestured to the soda fountain. I did not get my usual choice of salsas, they just put a salsa verde in my bag. I wanted chicken but the lady told me they had to chop it up. I was confused and asked if I should wait or get something else. She just said I could wait if I wanted, with no indication of when it would be ready. I just picked something else. The food tasted good but I don't need to go back.

Went here with my husband last month. They gave our order to another customer so we had to wait for them to make our food again. When we finally got it, it was tasteless! This was even more disappointing because we tried Moe's for the first time in Florida a few months ago and enjoyed it. Definitely be worth what we paid for it!!

Ordered a bowl with chicken and got like a solid 5 pieces of chicken. They were under serving the portions to those in front of me while waiting in line as well. Also they were grabbing spilled foods off the counter and swiping them back into the serving containers. My chicken bowl ended up being a rice and lettuce bowl with two bites of chicken. Moes isn’t bad but this location was awful, I would recommend avoiding.
