this is located inside of the casino the service there is horrible. All the staff have an attitude, grouchy nasty very unwelcoming. The meat is pre-cut and wrapped and rolled in little packages so this is not a real deli. They have gone downhill, not worth the high prices they charge. sandwiches are sloppy. They don’t even want you there. They don’t understand the hospitality business and they must be well paid to turn away customers. Or don’t have any bills to pay or need to put food on the table in their own homes.

staff are so rude and quality of product sucks. I asked her to remake my item. She refused and said she will get in trouble. I told her I’m happy to talk to a supervisor. staff threatened to call the police and security. yelling at me at register. very sloppy unprofessional. needs training or work in back of house. 4 security guard showed up, forbided me from entering the premises ever again until further notice until I have permission and escorted me off the premises. Now that’s overkill. what happened to America where staff can have you kicked out for no reason and be rude and disrespectful?.

The sandwiches are excellent at the Morty’s at Maryland Live but they said they closes at 11:00pm but stop taking orders at 10:50pm which was a big disappointment to me and others that was with me!

chicken salad sandwich and fries are amazing
cant forget the chocolate top cookies!! I don't go to the casino often, but eat here every single time I do!

Staff did not call out my order number when it was ready so I was left hanging out there right beside them. Food was way too salty.

I generally do not give bad reviews but... I got the worst sandwich ever. Brisket was over-cooked and dry, there wasn't a lot of meat.
I only ate it because it was 10pm and I was hungry. My son ate his there and asked them to warm the brisket - he thought it was dry because of that - until I showed him mine.
These sandwichs aren't cheap, I don't mind spending money for something but I expect it to be good.
Mortys should either refund our money or give us 2 sandwichs.

$70 for 3 of the WORST sandwiches I’ve ever eaten- and I’ve eaten a lot. Rubbery boiled thin layer of corned beef on thick dry rye bread. Ughhh. Don’t waste your money!!

Overpriced mediocre sandwich place inside a casino.

Inside the casino. Onion rings were tasty and good portions.

The Hotdog & Western Fries are delicious should have stuck with that.I'm mad I just just Spent $17.00 on this Corned Beef Reuben it is disgusting the meat don't taste like corned beef it's hard and rubbery the best thing about this sandwich is the toasted bread, provolone cheese, russian dressing and even the saukeraut they could have kept this horrible meat. I KNOW THE NEXT TIME STICK TO ATTMANS OR THE ESSEN ROOM OR EVEN LENNY'S!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SANDWICH, IF I WAS STILL THERE I WOULD HAVE TOOK IT STRAIGHT BACK!!

What a terrible representation of a NY Deli. We paid $45 for two sandwiches and fries. Morty’s signature had 3 pieces of bread and 4 pieces of meat and charge $17 for the sandwich. The staff is worse than food. When I asked for $ back, the woman chose to throw away $45 worth of food than give us extra meat. When I called the “restaurant manager” he offered nothing in resolution. That’s the representation of MD live dining. Thank god they have Prime Rib where the service is top notch.

This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.
