Cookies are always soft and delicious!We ordered a large chocolate chip cookie for my sisters bday but it tasted like peanut butter, luckily she loves peanut butter so it wasn’t a big deal. The cookie was really good otherwise

Absolutely terrible. The lady gave me my lemonade and i walked away thinking all was good. tell me why my drink tasted like completely spoiled fruit. My mom smelled it and was immediately appalled by the stench. I can’t believe i was served it as once the lid was off you could immediately smell how bad it was. That machine must have NEVER been cleaned. She was nice enough to give me another bottled drink but im extremely grossed out. The cookies were like anything else u could get from Walmart. Don’t come to this dirty location.

The cookies arrived in a damaged tin and top layer cookies were broken. They offered a 20% discount. I doubt I’ll order from here again, shipping is expensive and the packaging is not cushioned to prevent breakage .

Disappointed. These used to be delicious cookies! The cookies are super thin now and the cookies I purchased Today were not freshly baked. They taste old and just not worth the money.

The cookies did not look baked all the way, so I was reluctant to buy, but went through with it anyway. Sure enough, got the small snickerdoodles and they were not good. A far cry from Great Cookie.

These cookies are very basic, not worth the $8 for 4 cookies, price is insanely high for a thin cold basic cookie. Also this is the only place in the mall that doesn't offer a military discount...increased pricing for thinner portions

There’s no doubt these cookies are good. They are soft, buttery, and full of chocolate. However, they were not fresh. The owner had to peel the half dozen cookies I requested off the pan because they had fused onto the baking paper from sitting there for hours. I can live with this though. What I did not appreciate was the lack of honesty this owner displayed. I used these reviews to find this place and ventured into the chaos of this mall to celebrate an occasion with my 6yo daughter. By the looks of it, the “managers special” sign has been up for quite some time. I ordered 3x chocolate chip, 3x m&m and chocolate chip, and 1 specialized cookie. Not one additional cookie was put into the bag. Not to mention the owner himself wasn’t friendly or even said a word to us. I can find a different cookie spot for my kids. I won’t be back. Crack a smile, be honest with your customer.

5.29.22 I can't remember the last time I had Mrs. Fields' cookies. It's probably been at least a decade if not more. I like that they offer nibblers (bite size) in several quantities (6, 12, or 24) that way I could get a variety of flavors. Since they are bite size I also didn't feel guilty eating a half dozen. They were as good as I remember. The only thing that would have made it better was heating them and having them with a glass of milk.
