Over priced, cold sides, understaffed, overpriced not worth it at all

It's not the first time the food has arrived almost cold, we waited almost an hour and the restaurant wasn't even full. The chicken is delicious, but the wait times are too long and eating cold chicken is terrible.

I was really excited to buy Nando’s Peri-Peri at Arundel Mills on November 2, 2025 @ 5:17 pm with order no. 27938. I ordered three takeout meals of two one-fourth chickens each, along with three sides, to bring to my daughter’s house so we could all eat together.

However, when I got home and opened the bag — which I admit I didn’t check before leaving the store — I was very disappointed to find only two boxes of chicken (two one-fourth pieces each) instead of three. The three sides were there, but one box of chicken was missing.

I felt really let down by this experience. I wanted to call the store, but at that point, there was nothing I could do. I’m sharing this to warn other customers: if you’re ordering takeout, make sure to double-check your order before leaving.

It makes me wonder — how hard is it for the staff to make sure they pack the correct order? Mistakes like this truly disappoint loyal customers.

A great chicken joint with fresh food, a good atmosphere, and great service for being in a mall.

Our group of 4 were seated promptly in a clean booth. Our food and drinks came out quickly after ordering. All of our food was as expected and very flavorful. I personally had the chicken skewer with the garlic lime flavor. Absolutely to die for if you're into simple and clean food with lots of flavor.

The lady that was working around 4-5pm on October 14th was very very rude. Our food came out cold because there was only 1 guy working at the front but can see 4-5 people at the back. I guess the lady was rude because she had to come outside and help? We also ordered 2 chicken, 1 was hot and other one plain. Plain was supposed to be on side but they put with the hot one! Like hello? There is a reason it was ordered on side and its plain? Who puts non spicy with spicy one? It would have been ok to put it together if the spicy was medium one but it was hot hot spicy.

My corn was a nightmare it was really on fire, look at this pic. My bag was nice and closed so I didn’t open it until I got home. The cook should be fired. I called the store and was not offered my money back. I was told to come back and get the order redone. I live a few miles from that store. A gift card should have been mailed to me bad service. Don’t order the corn. Unhappy customer!

Pleasantly surprised after visiting the location at Arundel mills. Food was yumm and the service was excellent. They have done a stellar job with the decor and ambience. We will be coming back again!
