I came in last night after work with my husband and our friend. We decided to sit at the bar, watch the game and have some food and drinks. I'm writing this review because we had the best service we ever had at Olive Garden, hands-down and definitely top service overall. Ryan B. was our bartender/ server. He was attentive and incredibly friendly. He made sure we had anything we needed. Amazing experience last night!

Me and my family love Olive Garden, and have been customers for years now since the service had always been great, up until today. After getting sat by the hostess we had the nastiest waiter, who’s name I couldn’t even get due to the fact that he didn’t introduce himself.

His was very racist and kept serving everyone else, but not our table, though we had gotten seated first (hispanic family). He then proceeded to not follow basic olive garden customer service procedures, such as offering a salad or soup, or even shred our cheese after receiving our entree, and instead brought us the smallest portion known to man, in a sauce bowl…… All this while being rude for quite literally no reason.

It's sad to see how racism is becoming more prevalent these days, demonstrating great ignorance and lack of respect.

I went for a holiday activity. Food was good, orders were correct but the server pointing out obsessively that my drink don't have a refill in front of the other guests was embarrassing.it was so that the person sit next to me said she can afford it. I knew if I ordered a new drink it didn't came with a refill since I saw it on the menu and mentioned it that I was ok with it but, the server was on a roll in front of the other guests. So, I apologize to the server for making his life as a server to a large holiday table that gave him good tip, life more difficult as I was the one that order something without a refill breaking his mojo apparently. The treatment I received was out of touch and unnecessary.

If I come back, it will be pickup only due to this embarrassing experience.

I've ordered delivery from here twice this week. Two very large orders and they did not include the chocolates nor did they put any parmesean. The first time they put our orders in plastic bags which I've never seen olive garden do. I will only be doing dine in going forward.

They need more waiters and staff. Did good job with our large party of 60+

Service was decent considering how busy it was. We did wait quite awhile for our table to be cleared of past-guest items and clean silverware; but they were busy. My main issue as a repeat customer: the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo was a NEW item and PERFECT and delicious when I visited many months ago. However, when I visited on 2/21/25 and ordered the same dish, since I was craving it, it was SUPER DUPER salty and inedible. I, unfortunately, had to force the leftovers because it's a $30+ dollar plate (with tax and tips). The level of saltiness was unpleasant. I don't feel confident ordering this dish again.
