Hi on 9/3/2025 I very disappointed with the service I am a 65 year older lady after purchasing my food I ask two servers can they clean table. No one never came to clean table I went counter a server hand me some baby wipe to clean the table myself. I actually switch table twice hoping that next would be clean. One of server mentions that worker that supposed to clean table did notcome the work. I drove one hour to come enjoy my self at MD Live staff was all standing behind the counter.
all hate their jobs, they are NOT friendly, food is garbage.
If you gotta eat, just starve or go to 711

I’ve placed an order of 2 Red Bulls and 1 cut fries @ 7:03 pm but I kept waiting until 7:20 and still wasn’t ready
When I confronted them, they gave my fries to someone else’s order. Lady in the kitchen acted like manager and saying that she cooked the fries, but I didn’t get it. they don’t like to answer with attitude. I asked for refund and one of the employees said I’ve to wait 5 to 10 mins for supervisor to issue a refund . Same lady in the kitchen was asking for my ID in order to get refund. Finally I got my refund at 7:26. Manager asked me if everything is okay I told him the time that I had been waiting. They don’t greet at all. So bad attitude. Only one guy in the kitchen was nice last time other than that they all have bad attitude. Mannerless.

Last night I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was absolutely awful. Heavily over seasoned with black pepper and a HARD coating you couldn’t even bite through. I tried my best to remove it. The coleslaw was just nasty. There has to be a way for you to serve a decent chicken sandwich. It’s not hard. Even the fast food ones were better than this.

This place is pure garbage. From the employees they have working there to the food which is sad because you would expect more from an establishment inside a casino. They have a digital ordering system they don't use, a majority of the employees behind the counter can be heard using crude and vulgar language, racial preferential treatment given to those who approach the counter (Yes! I'm saying it!) and on 3 separate occasions I've received fried food that was inedible. These 3 occasions were consecutive leading me to believe that this place should be avoided at all costs. I can only think of two other instances in my life where I had such a poor experience.

I never write reviews but had to because of my terrible experience. I visited this restaurant while on business. I ordered my food at 10:04pm and didn’t receive my food until 10:45pm after I had to say something to the gentleman in the front, not once but twice. Six other people that order after me, received their food before me. All I ordered was a slice of pizza and a Cesar salad, and oh yes a drink. I had to ask for my drink because the person only gave me my food. The employee didn’t even apologize for the delay or service lack of. I will never spend my money here again. The customer experience was awful and the food was nasty.

I ordered from The Orchid kitchen last night I ordered wings and onion rings it cost $24. I changed to my room ok I stood there 15 minutes I noticed everyone getting their food and everyone who ordered around the time I ordered was gone so I’m standing there watching I see them preparing wings and onion ring so I’m looking to see when mine is coming up. I never see my order so after the 15 minutes i speak to someone they say they never got my ticket so she said I have to wait. I’m very observant so still standing their watching and they people working there did not care still taking there time put my order to the back. So I’m still waiting finally I see onion rings sit there like 10 minutes so I say something again and the guy say they don’t have a ticket I have to wait so I wait I see wings sit there for 5 minutes and finally he start to bag my food and I ask for the manager who’s name is Amanda I go talk to her. This lady says there’s nothing she can do but give me a dessert and she said what kind of dessert I want. I told her I don’t want know dessert. This lady did not apologize she just said they where busy . I stood there and watched every minute that I waited for my food I could see what was going on. And a free dessert should not have been my option. Never mind that a person could be dieting or diabetic. Someone need to talk to Amanda and the whole crew about customer service.

I expected casino food to be good. Spent $45 on two cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. Took 40 minutes to get the food and I was met with attitude by the lady who got my drinks. Won’t be coming back to a Live! Casino because of this

Wow just went to this place to get something to eat. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and waited for about 15 minutes while they proceeded to give 5 other customers there food that ordered after I did. Do not recommend this place can't judge the food because I refused to get anything after the horrible experience.

Today Monday July 15th 2024
I ordered a slice of pizzao for takeout from a self service kiosk at 9:34pm
At 9:54pm after some 20 minutes & my order # Not having been called,,
I asked the counter employee to check my order & handed him my takeout receipt
He said “oh,a slice of pizza,I’ll get it for you ,it’ll take a minute.
At 9:59 - 5 minutes later & some 25 minutes after I ordered A SINGLE slice of pizza - thee employee called out “4 cheese slice of pizza & gave it to me - Now they were not very busy - during this entire 25 minutes there was never more than a handful of others waiting for their order to be called .So me having to wait TWENTY - FIVE minutes for ONE , SINGLE slice of pizza is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable !

Terrible experience! I placed my order on the kiosk. And the guy calling out order numbers never called my number. After 30 minutes and everyone after me getting their food, I went to ask about my order. It was sitting on the ledge getting cold. No apologize was given. When I checked my food, it was incorrect. I order fries for one person and a burger for someone else. They place the fries and burger in one container. When I mentioned about them being ordered separately. Amanda expressed that they could place the fries in a separate container. The fries were an extremely small amount for $6. I believe if they had cooked them like I ordered them, it would have been a larger amount. When I came back for my refund, Amanda who was the manager looked at me and walked in the other direction towards the brick oven to remove the empty pizza spatula from the oven as if she was busy and didn't see me. They get 2 stars because they did give me a refund. I would never order from here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered chicken wings with old bay seasoning, which is what I always order but they had no seasoning on the chicken itself and barely any old bay seasoning. You had one job and failed. The cook sucks!! I hate people who hate their job! Why are you here ?

The food was cold and horrible and way to expensive for such cheap food. The kiosk didn't give an option for guacamole instead of salsa, so I got the chips and salsa, elote corn, and root beer. The salsa was spaghetti/pizza sauce, not salsa. The root beer was fizzy but very weak flavor. The only reason I'm giving the rating I am is because of the hard working lady that gave great customer service. The food was coming out slowly, even for such basic fare. The manager there was rude and bossy. He couldn't even pick up the cane of the older he was trying to assist at the kiosk. She just had to stand there as he told someone else, the woman working, to come pick up the cane. I had already walked away and there were several people standing at the kiosk so the lady just stood there holding on to the counter. I hope the woman working there gets another job soon. I will never eat there again.
