Then I came back and the staff here treated customers very rudely even though I walked out the door. I will never come back here, forever not back to Pho 5Up Hanover.

We flew out to visit our family in the area during this holiday season. As soon as we got out from the airport, consider of flying for many hours, we checked some reviews and Pho 5 Up Hanover made it on the top of our list, so surely here we're to dine-in on the weekend. Wow.. summer roll with peanut sauce was outstanding and spicy noodle soup was a boom, especially in this cold winter. The menu is pretty simple though offers few varieties of options. Sadly, we sat next to a family who brought meals from outside of the restaurant (what a shame) and gave attitudes to the servers very rudely, however, the both servers appeared to handle the situation very efficient and very professional. Our foods were served pretty quick with right temperatures despite of full house in the restaurant. The restaurant is cozy, facility is clean, music is welcoming, price is righteously affordable and what impress us the most is how super friendly the servers are. Very engaging, courteous and accommodating to our needs as well as go above and beyond from our observations. We are corporate travelers and very well aware in the hospitality industry. Definitely these weekender servers need to be recognized by their superiors and kudos to them! Thank you very much Pho 5 Up Hanover! We got out from your restaurant satisfyingly stuffed with a big happy smiles. Thank you for your hard work and always keep it up!

Very authentic pho and can compete with other pho places near-by for the tastes, price, and portions! We dine-in but also do take-out and delivery often. Would highly recommend getting appetizers like the appetizer rolls with your pho as it just goes so well together. Oh, and don't forget to get a tea as a sweet desert after.
Would highly recommend if you're craving fresh hot soup or if you're just feeling unwell and can only stomach pho when sick like I do lol.

This place deserves 10 stars!!! And was worth the drive, with its authentic vietnamese taste. For someone who grew up around vietnamese culture and friends I am super picky with Pho and where I eat. I came down to go to arundel mills mall and was craving hot bowl of soup and Pho5up came up on my gps and thought it was worth a try after reading good reviews and boy am I glad I did. The Pho was absolutely on point and fresh and they are not at all stingy with the meat! I also ordered a milk tea and it was absolutely delicious. Great Atmosphere and friendly employees. It extremely welcoming and would definitely make the drive back just to have pho. And for someone who cant ever finish the bowl this pho will have u demolishing ur food! We will be back and cant thank the staff enough for giving us such a great meal!°

This was my first time trying Pho and I was not disappointed. Service was kind and efficient. I gave the broth a bit more of a boil back home, poured it over the steak and brisket and I devoured! Everything; the iced boba coffee, spring rolls, pho, rice, and lots of spice, they were all filling and awesome!

Loved my pho beef briskets but summer rolls disappointed this time .we also ordered jasmine tea but I tasted fish all the time from my tea .
