I opened my mashed potatoes and they look like they were half eaten prior to me receiving them. I guess an employee said "I don't want the rest of these mashed potatoes" and proceeded to put them in my bag. I also didn't get a biscuit with my combo meal here, as other reviewers have expressed as well. At any other location the meal comes with it. The drive through employee also disregarded my thanks as he handed me my food. I don't think service can get any worse than this. Congratulations to Popeyes in Hanover, MD for being the one to set a new standard in mediocracy. Oh well, at least any other place on earth will feel like a 5 star restaurant now.

Purchased a combo meal and didn’t receive a biscuit even though the menu says it comes with one. After I pointed that out to them, they still argued that it didn’t come with it.

it should not take 20 mins to put 5 piece chicken tender and 1 chicken sandwich into a bag. people who walked in after me walked out before me with a bigger order. they really know how to skip orders and have people waiting for no good reason

My husband loves the classic breast sandwich while the rest of us love the chicken. Not really my first choice for eating out.

A good location to get those sold out popular items due to it being in the mall. Fast service and freshly cooked food . They're fully staffed.

being the third person inline i felt that i would be in and out with my order but that sure did not happen,my order was for 8 popcorn chicken and a 12 popcorn chicken but 15 minutes later after telling them i was going to ask for a refund my order was being readied all the while the manager was busy talking to customer and laughing about something and then decides to give her what she ordered for free, i did get my order but i think if you want great service and good food try BAR BURRITO right next door. so will rate service a 1 food a 5

This is the WORST POPEYES EVER! Went to eat today and my husband pulled out a long piece of hair from his mouth while eating the chicken! He found another piece of hair in the box with the chicken. When he went to tell one of the employees about it he didn't really acknowledge the problem nor did he apologize. Another employee was even laughing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

We ordered chicken tenders and received chicken breast. In addition, we got a male chickens part. The drink was spoiled. The customer service was horrendous don’t eat here!!!!!!
