The person taking my order had earbuds in while working, and unsurprisingly, they messed up my order—probably because they were paying more attention to whatever was in their ears than to the customer. Then the same person cashed me out and made my sandwich, using the same gloves for both handling money and food. Seriously, what is going on at this place? That’s a clear hygiene violation and just plain gross.

I used to go here a lot, but recently the quality of the sandwich-making and lack of basic customer service skills are noticeable. They really need to step it up over there!

Although this location is always dusty and dreary tables not clean. Just old, ice machine wasn't working. Low vibrational aesthetic despite getting past all that they make a decent sub that taste fresh. But corporate helllloo please revisit the look and consider updating painting something fresh for Potbelly. I

The service is always slow at the location. Some of the people working here seem very nonchalant and it takes such a long time to get your order. The line was super long; I almost left. It took almost 20 minutes! 😞
The guy working during lunch time was very efficient though

The food was un acceptable on every level. My bacon was burnt black, my sandwich sloppy and the audacity to overcharge for bad food is beyond me. Never again. Highly do not recommend.

My wife and I ordered salads for dinner one night here through Uber Eats and it was a huge mistake.

We got the House Salads with chicken on them and the chicken was rotten and smelled like fish. The chicken genuinely smelled worse than my cat’s food, and that stuff makes me gag when I open a can.

We have eaten here in the past without issues, but we have no plans on ordering from here again.

I am sooo disappointed. I ordered thru Doordash soup a chicken salad sandwich and there was hardly any chicken salad on it. Its far to expensive to not get what you pay for. I doubt I will order again

Oh my goodness, im a teen myself, so in general im pretty used to younger employees being stand-offish, but by God I have never seen a ruder employee at any store ever. Bro my only question is, if you KNOW that several other customers have had negative experiences with the employee, (as of right now shes about 16-17. I would say more but i dont want people to go in there to find her). Why on God's green earth is she still working there.

She was on her phone the entire time, rolled her eyes and literally sighed when I tried to ask a question, she wasnt letting me tell her or literally anyone else for that matter what toppings I wanted for my sandwich. And I felt like I was a nuisance. Mind you, this was my first time going to a Potbellys since 6th grade and only went in there today to get my mom food while she's sick.

Lmfao she was so mean. Couldnt get away fast enough.

When I finished the order and was ready to pay, the cashier reached out to the POS and selected a %10 tip without asking me or letting me choose. This behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable. I didn't want to tip because the service wasn't good. The lady was not nice at all and didn't create a good experience for me when creating my order.
Of course I mentioned this and she didn't acknowledge or apologize. She just reset the payment process without saying anything.

I have ordered from here many times. Last time, there were 3 items missing and I called and they not only refunded me the missing items but then brought them to me. The employee that took my call, Jacob, was very kind and professional. He was even the one that brought me the missing items.

The service was super mad. They a discrimination staff. I was there for the first time and I al so ask for a shake. They almost threw it at me. And they did even clean it. Super mad service
