Red Lobster

Haven't been there in a long time. The meau has changed and I was not in the mood to crack crab legs.

We had some very good service and host today!! We celebrated my daughter and Aunt’s birthdays

I had the WORST waitress ever. We ordered first, got served last and was wrong and she blamed it on the cook but she have our food away and expected us to be ok with that por service. The ame on receipt is incorrect on 60125 named Sheldon, but he was not the waiter. It was a bum chicken with poor servant etiquette I will NEVER return. 3 hours and no food while our 92 year old birthday girl was unaware of our unfair treatment. We left check #44920 in Hanover MD. Bottom of the barrel service for $100 and one never got our food. She needs to be fired or retrained, the one with the individual locks and African American server. Everyone else was great.

I love Red Lobster! This is my favorite
restaurant in the world. Sheldon always provides amazing customer service and the cocktails are always cold. Donye is always checking make sure the meal was good and asking if there's anything else we need. All the managers and staff are friendly and nice. The customers are even friendly. You feel like you are having food with family when you come here and I love it! I always recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Thank you for all your hard work to all the employees. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Consistent, dependable food and service.

The service was amazing. Matt was my server and he was on time with everything. Food was wonderful. I will be coming back and requesting him again.

We had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday on Sunday May 25,2025. Our waiter was Dovell. He gave us excellent service, and we spoke to Janelle the manager about what a superb job he did. We gave him a generous tip for his awesome service Janelle was very pleased to he was red this about him. We plan to go back to this Red Libster in the future.

Pleasently surprised! Above my expectations. Thank you Jennifer for making my kids night! A busy Saturday night and Jennifer took the time to speak with my kids, show them a live lobster and actually teach them something about it. Our server Jasmine was great! Again, a busy night and Jasmine took the time to make sure our order was timely and correct. Jennifer and Jasmine both had great demeaner and made our night!

**Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price**

I spent \$87 for just two meals at Red Lobster, and shockingly, we only received *four* biscuits. For a place known for its biscuits, this felt incredibly stingy given the cost. I called to speak with the manager hoping for some acknowledgment or apology—none was offered. The indifference was just as disappointing as the meal itself. For the price, you'd expect far better value and customer service. Won’t be returning.

Out of all red lobsters this one is the best

Simone was an excellent waitress. She's very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. The service was great! Ask for Raspberry Sweet Tea if she's you're waitress she makes the absolute best!!!

Absolutely a lovely experience at the classic red lobster. Definitely recommend they're cocktails. Just recommended asking for them to be stronger.

Definitely coming back here
