Starbucks

I came here with my grandma and we ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. It tasted great! I was really happy to see a smiley face drawn on it, so I wanted to send a thank you for that. As someone who worked in a serving job; that was something small I always tried to do to brighten people’s days, so I was so happy to see someone else do that for me. Little things truly matter!

Just ordered a brown sugar iced shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam and upon receiving it I thought it looked off but it was dark so I kept it moving, as soon as I took my first sip, it was so bitter I had to spit it out. Had absolutely no sweetener or syrup or anything in it. We were the only people in the drive through when I ordered it so it’s not like they were busy. Order placed 12/21/25 at 6:27PM

They’ve usually been quick with my orders but they don’t put mobile orders on the counter. So, you have to get someone’s attention which kind of defeats the purpose of a quick grab and go mobile order.

Not normally a big Starbucks fan but this location is nice. Clean bright interior with tables outside AND you can actually get your drink in a mug!!

This Starbucks is excellent, unlike other the drinks are very good. Service is excellent.

I visit this Starbucks at least once a week, and they never disappoint! My drink order is always spot-on, and they always offer me a straw — which I love, because sometimes I forget to ask until I’ve already driven away. The team is consistently friendly, and my order is always ready by the time I arrive.

Even if I order for pick-up inside but decide to go through the drive-thru instead, they happily grab my drink and hand it to me without any fuss. Every barista I’ve interacted with has been so kind, friendly, and often gives me a compliment — making me feel like a celebrity when I stop by. They really know how to make a girl feel good!

Love the Baristas

I usually stop by this location once a week or every other week. My drink is always amazing and the baristas are always friendly. This is such a silly thing, but someone doodled a ladybug and flowers on my cup this morning and I thought that was so sweet. It was so unexpected and made me smile.

walked in to pick up some food for a road trip, quick stop. i usually don’t leave reviews but the energy and vibe was off. i got very awkward stares throughout waiting for my food and it did not make me feel welcome at ALL. the food was great, but the employees should have some etiquette when it comes to acknowledging others. other than that, everything else was okay. have the same or similar greeting or energy to every customer. a smile and a acknowledgement goes a long way.

I recently visited the Starbucks location at Arundel Mills and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and greeted me warmly as I walked in, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating, making it a comfortable place to relax for a while.

My drink was made exactly as I ordered, and it tasted great — fresh and consistent with the quality I expect from Starbucks. However, the service was a little slower than usual, even though the line wasn’t very long. It seemed like there were fewer staff members than needed for the rush.

Overall, it was a good visit, and I appreciate the team’s positive attitude. I would definitely come back, but a little faster service would make the experience even better.

The Worst Starbucks experience.
The manager is so rude and she asked us to leave the store being too loud, it was not loud it was just big group (6-8 people).
I went there for convenient location but drink taste was also not that great.
Never going back there.
