Everyone was super friendly from the second I walked in. Service was quick, and my drink was great. I was noticeably having a horrible day and Hap was so kind and gave me this.

For some reason, they had my coffee behind the counter, in an opposite corner as I’m sitting there waiting for it for 15 minutes. Never announcing it or leaving it at the pick up area….

I was having a rough morning as I missed my early morning flight out of BWI. To pass the time until my now afternoon flight, I decided to go to Starbucks. My mood instantaneously changed upon walking into this Starbucks. From the vibes of their playlist to the warm greetings of their energetic staff was shifting my outlook on my day. Anastasia, Reese, April, Jordan not only suggested a new pumpkin drink I should try (that will now be my go to ?) but they also had each of their regulars orders pre made and greeted them by name. I can’t rave about this crew enough! It’s staff like them that really make an experience from good to immaculate!

Just swinging through on a road trip and wanted to stop for coffee early in the morning. Sign at the door says they open at 5:30am on Saturdays (we arrived at 5:42 to an open door). We then enter the store through the front door and we're met by a exasperated woman associate that frantically begins telling us that we are not allowed in the store and that we have to leave immediately. Again, she is frantic. No argument from us as we promptly turn around. However we do tell her the sign at the door says they're open at 5:30am (the time was 5:42). Waiving her hands in the air, exasperated, she tells us we are wrong and the sign as "6:00am"! We continue to our car and look at the sign once more... sure enough, it reads 5:30am.

Tldr: wanted coffee early in the morning, sign says they're open at 5:30 on Saturdays, but according to associate, they're open at 6. Door was open, associate was rude. Didn't get coffee :(

It’s raining today. My ten month old baby was sleeping and I brought him in because I’m a single moms and alone. But after waiting in line for 6 people, the lady wouldn’t take my order because I only had a $50 bill. So I just walked back to my car w baby. They said if my order isn’t half of the $50 bill they can’t let me order! Well they must’ve wanted me to order my infant coffee or something. Tx starbucks ?

Seemed only one person was working, place was dead. Ordered decaf coffee with extra skim. It was very dark so I asked for more skim. He poured some in a small cup and put it on the counter. Employee didn't smile at me once. I was friendly, and I even apologized for requesting more skim milk. 2 *s for service because it was rather quick.

The cashier was pleasant and helpful but the barista didn't secure the tops on our drinks. Mine spilled and made a mess in my car.

I wouldn’t usually review a Starbucks, but this one was great! Made a mobile order that was done quickly. They were so kind and welcoming, that it stood out to me. Smiling, said good morning, have a great day, put our food in a bag with napkins so it was easy to carry - the little things you don’t usually see anymore. Maybe it was the good vibes, but my drink was also made to perfection and tasted better than usual. Kudos to the team!

Very busy Starbucks. They also do mobile orders different than every other Starbucks - they're put off to the side. I had to ask someone to get my order and the ice was practically melted. Was also upset bc the app showed they were out of Oatmilk, but saw the baristas using it. There are better Starbucks.

This is byfar one of the best Starbucks I've visited. The employees are very nice and each and every time my drinks are made perfect.
