I come here when I'm in town for work and always appreciate the great, friendly service. Today I especially appreciated that they double-cupped my coffee since they were out of the sleeves that protect your hand from the heat. The music is always a little louder than I like to start my day off with, but overall I love this Starbucks location.

Horrible customer service. Ignored when we walked in, ignored for 5 mins while we waited for a cashier. Once the cashier spoke, it sounded like it physically hurt him to open his mouth to help us. Left bc this was so bad.

Bad customer service everything is not there my order is not in the bag or they forgot a drink I'm in a hurry to get to work I would not go here there so in a rush and unprofessional just trying to hurry up and get people out the line so they can have free time bunch of kids in adult bodys

Bathrooms were not clean and lack toilet papers.
The staff looked unmotivated and unwelcoming. Even if they made a multiple mistake of orders, they never even bother to apologize!!

The bathrooms have been broken forever, and the clientele here are horrible. Every time I come some insane thing happens at this place. It's not really the Starbucks workers, they're fine. It's everything else about it this place is just like walking into a sitcom TV show where nothing normal ever happens. Last time I came I watched 2 car accidents happen outside, a homeless guy start screaming at someone, another dude getting changed by the front door near his car, and some lady came and emptied her purse onto the table I was sitting at and tried to start a conversation with me while looking for something. You can't make this stuff up
The black kid Jordan here is super RUDE! He was dressed out of uniform and thought he was way too cool to be working at Starbucks. Tell my guy he’s a Barista and to play the part! He made my drink twice and it was still trash!
