One of the worst starbucks experienceOrdered Latte, needed for the road, the guy gave me a super sweetened mocha drink loaded with chocolate and sweetner. Took 2 sips and threw it. Also the drink was luke warm. Clearly he gave me an unclaimed drink made for someone else.

Ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino but I didn't know it was only served cold. So very disappointed. I wish I could have been more informed by the advertisement they had on display.

Just go to the other Starbucks across the street. Guaranteed every single time you come here anyone working there will have a NASTY attitude, don’t even say hello, no greeting, long wait when there is literally only one customer present, and messes up your order 9/10 times. Ridiculous. Not even sure how these people get through an interview.

Ordered an espresso and was given the most rude look as if me asking her to do her job was the wrong move she wasn’t even busy she was more upset that I took her away from instagram on her phone …….

Mobile ordering wasn't working here, but when we showed up - a Friday morning in June - they seemed a little short-staffed, so maybe it was walk-up ordering only to keep the rush down. We didn't have to wait long to get our usual orders of drip and and iced latte. Everything was on-par, and we drank them outside where there were a few tables.
Starbucks moved here from one block. This one has more space inside and outside from the new drive-thru.

Greeted the barista twice for her to even acknowledge me when I approached the counter. I asked for a venti Pink drink && got this. Coconut milk with a hint of strawberry syrup. Where are my dried strawberries?? I’ve had better && brighter pink drinks made there. Someone needs to go back to training. #Disappointment
