If i was able to put no star for the service I would. Horrible service. I arrived and asked for 2 plates of food, 1 drink, and 2 egg rolls. The cashier was a man and charged me $36.19 just for that and he only gave me 1 plate of food. When I grabbed the plate that he had given me he snatched it off my hands and told me that wasn’t mine. Then he gave me another one and I asked where the other one was and he told me he had only charged me for 1 plate. $36.19 for one plate only? It doesn’t add up. I told him and he started making faces at me and talking about me along with his coworkers who then proceeded to laugh at me. This was one of my favorite places inside the mall to get food at because it’s good and the workers who have greeted me before were nice but not the ones that were on this shift. I’m paying for my food not getting it for free so I don’t see why I would get treated that way nor be rejected to receive the food I had already payed for. They were disrespectful and rude.

I wad the only one to order, I was right in front of the girls that take the orders; one walked away to the Chinese food area and the other pretended to start cooking. After 5 minutes standing ignored I walked away and sat with my family thinkingwhat else to buy. 8 minutes later the girl the girl decided to acknowledge me, but I chose not to do business with these people.

With many food options at the Arundel Mills I choose this place because it looked popular leading me to believe the food would be good. You know the old saying, don't judge a book by it's cover. Service was efficient, not friendly and food was bland especially the dried out rice.

Awful. Everything about this place is awful. Food is bland, dry-(particularly the rice) and overly priced. Rice tasted like it was old and dry. The chicken was inauthentic. Got ripped off for sure! Nothing really good to eat in this mall anyway.
