I am so glad I chose TGI Fridays in Hanover MD to take my family out to dinner ! They provided us with stellar service and accommodations! Our server Troy and the manager Felicia took the time to make our day together just a little better .. I highly recommend !!

Came in troi or Troy was my server I come in regularly now for the fantastic food my regularly server and the manager Felicia every time I come in I’m well taken care of attended to and full and happy when I’m leaving thank you both and see you guys next week… if your new in the area get with either one of these ladies and thank me later :)Parking: Even when packed you will always find somewhere to park that’s not too farKid-friendliness: There’s always a lot of noise a lot of kids and diffrent faces but I notice the staff gives them desert talk directly to kids and parents when taking orders

I haven't been here since covid .The food was terrible wings hard philly cheesesteak egg rolls no steak all cheese only thing that was good was the potatoes skins.may not be back no time soon.

Online order was good. Didn't see the pickup spot, but person on the phone was very polite and helpful.My steak was more rare than i ordered, but still edible. Food was as we expected and filling.

Off the bat, the first thing I will say, especially for this location, is to not order anything of the Krispy rice menu. The reason is that the interface of how the order is put in is terrible, so you will most likely get the wrong order. One time I was here, I ordered something from that menu, and they had to take it back 4 times before they got it right. The server showed me how it was organized, and it is hard to tell what is what, so I won't hold them on that. What I will hold on the staff is the fact the "full" rack of ribs I ordered was so tiny and the first time it was brought out the ribs they gave me barely had any meat on it. After getting a better-looking one, it still was not that flavorful, and the worst park is i was still hungry after. If you have had a full rack of ribs, you know that is not a good sign at all. It feels like I was robbed. All the other appetizers were great, like the mozzarella sticks the sliders, the garlic rolls, and the tater tots. The burger was ok, nothing special. The wings are solid as well. The drinks are where it's at tho. They have $4 happy hour pretty much every day. It is a nice bar type setting if you wanna come watch the game and have a few drinks. I tried giving this place multiple chances, but in the end, i keep getting disappointed. I think if you come here, just stick with something basic and hard not to mess up. Overall, it's OK. Only come here for bartype activities, and don't expect anything other than solid bar food. Also, the bartender Corey is great.
This was my first time eating at this location I my server was Stephanie who gave top tier service as for my food it was very mid i got the half rack ribs and this time it was just ok i had to order more sauce because it was hardly any on the ribs i should have ordered something else but i know next time stick to what i usually buy ill definitely come back because it my stop once a month

Had a company function in the area and me and some co-workers wanted to grab some drinks after. We arrived and were seated promptly. They even let us change our seats to be more comfortable. Our server Mickey, was super nice and funny! He took our orders accurately and he continued to check on us constantly to insure we were ok. Amazing service and we look forward to coming back again soon!
