If you can get past the front gatekeeper hostesses, whom never have smiles or time for you, and FINALLY get a seat, after everyone that came in after you have been seated, the waitresses are super friendly and the food is always wonderful. This is EVERY TIME we come.

We had a great time here! Awesome Atmosphere! Great customer service! The staff and our serving host was very attentive helpful and friendly. We love the drinks and the food was flavorful and hot. The price was affordable and the establishment was very cleaned. The Cheesecake Factory is next to Maryland Live Casino with plenty of free parking spaces in the parking garage at Arundel Mills in MD. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

We came here for early lunch. Had a great experience. Our waitress was very attentive to our every need. She walked by me when I was looking for the restroom and turned right back and showed me where the restroom was even before I could ask for the information. Thank you for being wonderful today. I believe her name is Treasure. Please know that your effort to do your best is noticed today.

We went at 530 pm on a friday and were seated instantly. The waiter was friendly, and his service was great. The food was hot and yummy. We had the salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. So good.

The restaurant is attached to the live casino and has its own entrance. The parking lot was a bit of a walk.

My family and I ate on 06/01 for brunch to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a poor experience. Overall, food was terrible which is surprising since we love Cheesecake Factory's menu in DC and in Arlington, VA.
- More than half of the mixed drinks were not available
- Ordered the Monte Cristo Sandwich and was undercooked, the batter that held the crunchy toppings was not cooked.

We will no-longer eat at this location.

The shawarma is a great addition to the menu and hoping it is not for a limited time only. The pizzas are way better than the burgers. It was nice to find out that there is more than just pasta and skinnylicious meals aside from the sweet treats.

My partner and I were pretty shocked at the experience we had at this Cheesecake Factory. Dirty tables, very apathetic service.

It takes a lot for me to complain. But to be in Arundel Mills, you guys need to be doing much better than this.

OMG. Asked the server to elecate the Cheesecake dish, and this came back, no doubt! It was the best cheesecake ever! I had the herb crusted salmon as well and it was delicious! Top notch bread and service. Will certainly come back. Now look again at my cheesecake... wow! Just wow. Ask your server to elevate the cheesecake!

Ordered pasta carbonara and was sick the next day. Will not dine there again👎🏾

Christmas Eve lunch, called to make a reservation for a party of 8, but supposedly, you can only make a reservation for 6 or fewer number of people! Bigger groups need to walk in.... very weird logic. 😕
Our server Nadia was a darling, like seriously have met very few with that kind of hospitality ❤️
We ordered our usuals: Thai chili shrimps, sweet corn tamales, avocado egg rolls, bang bang shrimps, heb crusted salmon and fish n chips!!
Fish and chips were a disappointment as some part of the fish was chewy. Otherwise, a hearty lunch it was followed by favorite cheesecakes - tiramisu, salted caramel, and a few of our favorite iced drinks!!

I got the chicken Madeira and steak Diane to go and it was easily the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from a cheesecake factory ever. The steak was well done and not medium well, the chicken was rubbery, and the mash potatoes were stiff. I can honestly say for the price I will NEVER go back to eat here again.

I'm impressed by the improvements of Cheesecake Factory. Our food was delicious ❤️. The bathrooms were clean. The tables prepared prior to being seated. Our server was a delight. She was kind and attentive to our needs. Great improvements!

Really wanted to love this location. Waitress came to the table 3 times for a dinner party of 5. Once to take app/drink order. Once to bring drinks and Once to drop off check. Others dropped off food. No drink refills, no "how's the meal". Nothing. And here's your $200 check. How do you tip on service like this? I left a $20 bill because it was Christmas. If not no way.

We were very hungry and ordered, the waitress said 15 or 20 minutes and then said 5 more minutes, we waited 45 minutes for our order and we asked the manager and she said they didn't get the order and they didn't prepare it. It's very sad to see how poor management and communication can affect the customer and their experience with a good restaurant chain.
