I'm not a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory, but my adult son is. So here we go.....

Cucumber Lemonade - he loves it thoroughly. I think he brought me here just for this lemonade, lol.

Crab Wontons - Not so good to me because the filling had no crab in it, just cream. PF Changs is so much better for wontons.

Street Corn - This appetizer pissed me off for what was served for a whopping $10.95. I couldn't believe it. I was so thrown off with this dining experience that I failed to take pictures until my son was finished. The corn ribs were almost 3 inches long and very slender. Corn happens to be one of the cheapest vegetables on the entire planet. Unbelievable!

Steak Frites - These were very small as well. The fries were ok, per my son. Not worth $30.95, that's for sure.

Steak Filet - My entire dish must have been sitting because it wasn't even luke warm. I ate around steak edges because they were cooked to my liking. I packed the rest of my meal up and took it home. When I got home I reheated meal and the potatoes had a fake taste. to them. The spinach was great, actually perfect. So I basically paid $117.51 for spinach, wontons. Cucumber Lemonade, and a very small order of steak with frites that we're so good.

I will NOT return.

FYI - Hold on to your receipt after paying your check if paying with a credit card because I was overcharged on my tip. NOT KOOL! Yes, on the receipt that is posted with this review. Management was on top of it. 💯

After our wait to be seated (typical for Saturday night) we received two rounds of complimentary bread and the waiter still didn’t ask for our drink order. He finally came to take our drink order and took the entire meal order as well. We asked for separate checks and how he wanted us to go about ordering because we had a table of 9. He told us he would remember. Ok cool. While we were ordering everything seemed odd. He could barely stand up, rolling his eyes and almost fell twice. Finally our drinks come and it’s now another waitress that explained that it was change of shift and she would be taking over the table. I find it WILD that they changed waitstaff in the middle of dinner service. Fine. She was on it more than he was. Our food took forever to come and came at multiple times. My husband had completed his entire meal before I received Brussel sprouts as my dinner. The order that the kids wanted had things missing. I’m assuming no fault to hers because she “took over” for him and can only think he didn’t place the order correctly. When we received our checks everything was mixed up…no surprise because he was supposed to remember it all. Needless to say the entire party was so over the 3 hour dinner that we could have cared less and just wanted to get out of there. It’s extremely disappointing because we have been to multiple cheesecake factory’s, the Annapolis location numerous of times and never have had anything like this. I’m not sure what was going on with the first waiter but he was rude and off and the girl that took over for him had to clean up his mess. 3 hours for dinner and we didn’t get appetizers or alcoholic drinks for a 6 adults and 3 kids is insane for subpar food.

Went for lunch and ordered orange shrimp. I waited 30 minutes only to receive shrimp that was not properly cooked so I sent it back. I waited another 20 minutes and the second order never came out. The manager was no help at all. I must say bartender was amazing. After being there for almost an hour, I left.

My boyfriend took me to this location last week to celebrate my 21st birthday, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. Our server, Nyia, provided some of the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We were seated in a booth, and it took over 10 minutes just for her to greet us. That set the tone for the rest of the night. Our drinks and bread took forever to arrive, and once we ordered our food, Nyia completely disappeared.

I had asked her to bring parmesan cheese and pepper flakes with our food but I didn’t realize she didn’t bring it until after the food runner had left. I kept waiting and waiting for her to come back and check in on us as most servers do after a guests food is brought, but she never came. At that point, so much time had passed with no sign of her that I didn’t even bother asking again.

My boyfriend didn’t like his meal at all, but didn’t want to “complain” or ask for something different because we honestly didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes just to get her attention again or get a manager involved to make a big deal. Meanwhile, she seemed very attentive to another table nearby with four guests while completely ignoring us.

I’ve never been upset enough to leave a review before, but this experience was truly horrible. Especially on what was supposed to be a special night. I left feeling disappointed with everything and it was not even a busy night nor did she have a crazy amount of other tables to take care of.

Went to MD Live from Norfolk, VA to see my 83 year old grandma for her birthday. Met up with her and my mom and my aunt and sister. It was initially going to be 3 ppl but when they called them for the table we went to speak to the hostess to let them know my sister and I were joining but just to say hi and not to eat. They said it was fine. We sit and the waiter comes over and after asking for drink orders (5 waters) says we are going to have to be moved. Mind you the trio had already been waiting for a table for 20 minutes so they were not happy about the change of plans. The waiter informs my mother that the manager will not allow five ppl to be served at one table. She tells him the hostess said other wise but obviously rules are rules. So we chat for about 10 minutes and my sister and I head out. I had no problems until I realized the waiter never came back. No one ever got water, not even the three ppl that were planning on dinning at the restaurant.

Our server for the evening was Gabriella, who greeted us warmly and offered bread while we looked over the menu. I ordered the Thai Lettuce Wraps, and my sister had the Chicken Bellagio. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! I just had water to drink, but my sister tried the Pineapple Cherry Limeade. Unfortunately, the drink fell a little flat; it mostly tasted like seltzer water, and she was expecting something sweeter.

Overall, though, the food, service, and experience were excellent. This spot is always a favorite of mine whenever I visit Maryland Live Casino.

So disappointed in our experience yesterday! We made 2 reservations as we had a party of 12 and they dont allow reservations for more than 6. They were unable to sit us anywhere near each other which was fine, however, when we arrived we were told it was an hour and a half wait even with the reservation. Eventually half of our party was sat. The second half wasn't sat for 30 mins more. The later sat table received awful service! She brought one person the wrong drink order after 30 minute wait for drinks and water. When he told her it was not spiced rum, she said shes never heard of it and they don't carry it. He asked for a beer instead which took another 15 minutes. It was 45 minutes before she returned to take our order and by then the first half of our party was done and paid. The food was decent however the simplest meal, a burger, came out 15 minutes after everyone else's meal. When the check came, she charged one person for an extra drink and had not removed the original spiced rum drink that was ordered. To correct that took forever! We finally paid and as we walked out walked over to the bar because we were all baffled that a major restaurant chain doesn't carry Captn Morgan since its so basic. She we verified that they infact do have it and no servers had requested any all night so the server clearly wrote the order down wrong and instead of checking on it just said they don't carry it. With tip, between both parties this was a $750 meal. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The chicken on the tacos was completely burned, and the wings contained a chicken tender and a french fry.
​This is not the first time I have experienced a problem. On a previous occasion, the steak tacos were also overcooked and lacked the requested toppings.
​The consistent issues with the quality of the food have led me to decide that I will not be a returning customer until these problems are addressed.
