The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

My food was not good at all distasteful and cold. My fries were old it was like they took old fries and dumped them back in the grease and served them to me. My spinach dip was topped with a thick layer of cheese and the actual dip was very skimpy. Would not recommend. The low star reviews that I read about their food are true to the customer. I’m not sure if it’s the cook or if they need to revamp their recipes. 0/10 for me will never eat here again.

Is empty and no one took care of us.

We went about 5pm. We mostly ordered salads that were good but not fantastic. Strawberry lemonade was $5 which is a little expensive. It was a hot, humid day and it was uncomfortably hot inside too.

Don't try to order carryout here at night. No one answers the phone. This happens often here. Multiple evenings I've called and no answer.

I called Greene Turtle at the last minute to host a party of 12-15 ppl and they were able to accommodate. When I got there I was greeted and sat by Lexi, who also happened to be our server. Lexi was top tier! The service was phenomenal, the food came out quick and it was good. Lexi knew our entire crew name after I introduced her to everyone. I made sure we took care of her like she took care of us. My entire party is still talking about how great your service was Lexi and it's been 2 days......Great job Lexi! Keep up the good work and I'll be back soon.

Got seated by the host, waited 20 minutes, and never got served. Not even a water. I had to eventually leave. Food looked good, deals looked great. Shame I was unable to try it.

The service here was living up to the turtle name, over an hour of waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. After 3 requests to have our table cleaned, we still waited another 45 minutes for a server from another section to come and serve us. When we finally did get our food, we asked the manager, who brought us half our order to add more wings and waited 45 more minutes for two other employees to come and confirm the order. All in all it was a bad experience at The Green Turtle.

PLEASE fix the A/C! We go for the bar and cocktail area staff because they are outstanding. If they weren't there, we'd be gone. It has been months.

Crab dip with pretzel is the bomb. Rachel was a delight and a very attentive server. Had the fried pickles, chicken tenders basket and MD crab soup. Also enjoyed the peach and cherry limeade happy hour cocktails.

Meet up for business. Staff was friendly to work with. Private room was free. Ordered sliders and Mac&Cheese. Served warm, plentiful. Taylor did an EXCELLENT job serving drinks. We used drink tickets which worked great. TVs throughout for presentation. Only issue was air conditioner not working. Fans were on but please please get that fixed.
Hence the 3 Star for atmosphere. This FL girl needs air! Thank you. ??
