This place is a complete vibe, and the food is amazing. We went to celebrate an early wedding anniversary, and our server Jimbo made it an amazing experience. The ambiance is unlike some of the other steakhouses I've been to (think Gatsby-esque with a live pianist). Jimbo recommended the veal chop, and it is the best one I have ever had. Definitely will go back!

Amazing time! It was so great that my gf thought the 28oz steak was 28 dollars instead of 128. She was so happy with the ambiance the she didn't notice the 1. But 10/10. Would go again.

My partner and I came to The Prime Rib to celebrate our back-to-back birthdays and were really looking forward to a memorable evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. We were seated but waited about five minutes before even being acknowledged and given menus. Once service began, we ordered drinks and an appetizer, but the appetizer took nearly half an hour to arrive. Meanwhile, a friend of ours who happened to be dining there that night, sent over a round of birthday drinks and already had bread on her table, while we had received nothing but our drinks. While we understand that fine dining isn't rushed, we felt more forgotten than thoughtfully paced. By the time the appetizer came, we had already decided to ask for the check instead of continuing with dinner. To the server's credit, he removed the appetizer from the bill without us asking, which suggests he may have realized the experience wasn't going well. Overall, just a disappointing experience.

Everything but the Prime Rib was exceptional! The Prime Rib did not have a lot of taste as it has always had great taste. Also seemed to be a little stringy that we have never had! Our waiter was fabulous as usual! Changed our Prime Rib first because it was very fatty. Second one looked great but not much taste!

I frequent here often and appreciate the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Ask for Jonathan Feldman to be your server and you won't be disappointed! The ribeye is very good, along with the seafood tower and crab cakes. And get started with the (free) basket of a large variety of breads.

Our server was a very sweet man, but they have MICE! We saw at least two. I thought it was the same one running around but my husband pointed out that they weren’t the same color, and he was right. One was white and one was brown. I didn’t want to make a scene. So, we left discreetly. We noticed that staff members saw the little mice as well, AND they saw that WE saw them. No one said a word. This really should be addressed. Mice leave droppings all over the place. There’s no telling what the kitchen looks like. It’s unfortunate because this is supposed to be a nicer restaurant.

We were seated in an area that functions also as a hallway exit /entrance for staff, customers deliveries etc etc. whoever passing through. 3 tables against the wall seating for 2 .per table Not good. The steaks were delicious., the Margarita was tasty. The calamari was rubbery tasted reheated, the grilled asparagus did have crispy tips but the stalks were soggy/ mushy. At these prices everything should have been perfect.
Get rid of the hallway seating its tacky.

We used Father’s Day as the perfect excuse to go out for some Wagyu steak. Maryland reportedly has six casinos, and the closest one to our home is Live Casino, where Prime Steakhouse serves both Australian and Japanese Wagyu. Naturally, we made a reservation.

Since it was our first time visiting, we ended up walking quite a bit through the casino floor—the restaurant was on the exact opposite side of the parking garage entrance. The space was elegant and upscale, just as expected. We arrived a little early but were seated right away. True to its fine-dining reputation, the tables were covered in white linen, and even the restrooms had impressive interior design and spotless cleanliness.

Once we placed our order, the server presented us with different steak knives to choose from—definitely a nice touch! They also brought out the raw Wagyu cuts before cooking to let us inspect them. The Australian Wagyu was 12 oz for $150, while the Japanese A5 Wagyu was $150 for a 4 oz block. Since we had come all this way, I splurged on two pieces of the Japanese A5 Wagyu. We added Brussels sprouts and sautéed mushrooms as sides, which made the meal even more satisfying.

The steak was beautifully prepared, with a thin, crispy crust giving way to a perfect medium-rare center. It was so impeccably cooked that I couldn’t help but wonder how they achieved such precision. Wagyu's signature marbling—half fat, half meat—created an incredibly tender texture that practically melted in my mouth, complemented by a rich, deep beefy flavor.

Of course, I indulged in the premium steak while my wife, as usual, went for crab cakes instead—classic! 😂

Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, just a 25-minute drive from home. Next time, I’d love to try the Australian Wagyu to compare!

Our waiter Stephen is amazing. He made the dining experience so extraordinary. The way he explains the dishes made your mouth water. Anyone who comes to dine will be thrilled and absolutely lucky to have him as a waiter.

This is a real steakhouse. Tomahawk is pricey but uncanny!!!!
Great sides! Magical atmosphere and the wine choices are very thoughtful. Plenty of opportunity. Stephen is the absolute best !
Just a savant and master host and server! I cannot express enough how great the servers are and the steaks are PRIME and cooked as asked !!!!
Highly recommend for a guy who has it all in NYC ! This is the best steakhouse in the “frustrate area” ask for Steven he won’t disappoint.

Our server Anthony was phenomenal. He made sure that my wife’s birthday was one of the best we’ve had in recent years. We will definitely be coming back here. I love it here at Maryland live.

My wife brought me here for a celebration, first they took us to the back room. Way too bright for the ambiance we wanted so we asked to move to the main area. Good food, I ordered the ribeye steak and my wife got the lamb chops. I absolutely loved the smoked old fashioned. Our waiter Tom was wonderful and informative and very helpful. I’ll be back here again. Definitely recommend.

Anthony Gomes was an excellent server. We came two nights on our trip to Baltimore and were fortunate to get him both nights. His recommendations were excellent for drinks as well as entrees. The ambiance was relaxing and low-key. There was not one bite of food we did not savor. I highly recommend the sea bass and the lobster bisque!
