This place was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The customer service was downright awful — the staff acted like acknowledging customers was optional. No greeting, no urgency, no basic courtesy. Just blank stares and attitude.
The service was unbelievably slow. I’m talking glacial. We waited forever just to place an order, and even longer for food that should’ve taken a fraction of the time. No updates, no apologies, nothing.
And the food? Terrible. Bland, poorly cooked, and honestly tasted like it had been sitting around. For the amount of time we waited, I expected at least something edible. Instead, it was one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.
Overall, this was a complete waste of an evening. Bad service, slow service, terrible food — the trifecta of “never again.” Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

If you're looking for a nice seafood restaurant, head over to G&Ms. I do NOT recommend this place. Over priced for the portion size and wasn't all that good. 'Chicken ala vodka' was described as tender, it was tough and I was not being picky. Very large restaurant. We had reservations for 6:30 and wasn't seated until after 7. When staff were walking from the kitchen I saw a male employee drinking from the water pitcher the serve us!! There were dirt in corners and tearing wallpaper. Tape on the ceiling like they didn't clean after party's. Someone in the kitchen had 3 inch long nails, kind of disgusting. There was a chip in my glass dish. Which I can live with, but a fancy restaurant? I'm more concerned about the crack that followed down to the bottom. Eating micro glass?

Ribs where nothing but fat and grissle would not recommend
Water tasted very strange almost toxic
Shrimp had no seasoning where extremely bland
Wife enjoyed her scallops
Crab cakes where only good thing I tasted during visit give them 4/5
Other patrons behind our table were extremely loud and vulgar using racial slurs which I don’t find appealing for restaurant at this cost.
Sadly both me and wife had upset stomachs all night after our visit to restaurant that followed into next day

The rating is only for Valentine night of 2/14/26. Normally my favorite place to eat Lobster and Crab Cakes. It was not a great experience; reservation was over 35 mins wait, location of our seating was very cold, and the service was not great at all. Took over 15 minutes to get water; over 30 mins to get our order in. The fried shrimp was cooked in burnt grease. As we waited to be seated, it was never told that had ran out of the Valentine Special which included Lobster.

Numerous times for business dinners. This meal was the worst I've had in years. We took a couple there from out of town for valentines day. All 4 meals were horrible. the porterhouse was over cooked dry and tasted old the filet mignon was over cooked an very dry. Flounder was way over cooked very hard to chew and the scallop's had no taste and very chewy. When we paid and told the waitress we were told they changed management. What? When we first got there we were going to the bar to have a drink a wait for our table to get ready, we were told we could not because there busy. Really. Go anywhere else you'll be better off.

My husband and I have eaten here before, and we had a good time, but we did not have a great experience here for Valentine’s Day. There was only one server for around 10 tables near us, so we rarely even saw them because they were so busy. We waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to even get our food. There were so many individuals at other tables who waited even longer than us, and they received cold food. There was also a forced gratuity of 18%, which I did not appreciate. I wouldn’t have minded it as much if we received good service, but it was anything but that. My husband and I will not be eating here again.

My husband often orders calamari there, but this time it was dark and overcooked. The waiter, who was new, was behind on his tables and struggled with service. I requested nachos and a crab roll, but they had neither available. My steak was too tough to cut and eat. We've been to this restaurant several times, but today was by far the worst experience. The manager did come out to apologize for the poor service, addressed the issues, and took care of what was needed. We had a reservation and had to wait over 30 minutes, which was frustrating. I also noticed that online, the restaurant displayed a special Valentine's menu, but the staff did not acknowledge it during our visit.

The cream of crab soup was too thick. My son’s chicken tenders were hard with too much breading. His french fries were nasty. None of the food came out hot! I will never come back here again. There are so many restaurants in the DMV with good seafood, this one is not it. Save your money!
