This is a relatively new restaurant that took the space formerly occupied by the Red Parrot. They really brightened the place up in terms of decor and atmosphere, with wide open windows allowing passersby to see the activity inside. This fits well with their food presentation, especially the sushi. If I could give this place six stars, I would. The food is amazingly good, and the service is top notch.I had the Japanese specialties, and the King Salmon and Toro were some of the best I've had in my life - among the best this side of the Mississippi, perhaps even this side of the Pacific.The staff and the chef are awesome, and the calm yet modern atmosphere helps put the finishing touches on an already impeccable experience.Absolutely wonderful.

Stopped by with the family for dinner on a whim (after a movie at nearby Arundel Mills Mall). Tomo was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet. Clean. Efficient. Delicious.
