This is the second time coming here and both times my drinks almost half of it was tapioca. I bought milk tea & slushie to enjoy the drink, I did not order tapioca drink. Need less tapioca and more of the drink I ordered. Don’t know if I’ll be back… Very disappointing.

The employees are friendly and there are a vast number of choices in drinks.
My only real gripe is that the prices are at least 50% higher when compared to 2 years ago.
I walked in and the place was lovely. Loved the decor and the vibe it gave. The cashier was super friendly but she lied to me. I asked her about the non dairy milk teas. I asked what kind of milk they used for them. She informed me that it was a milk powder. So I believed that it was a non dairy milk powder in each drink since the drink section was labeled non dairy. I proceeded to order a tiramisu milk tea. Upon taking one sip of it, I discovered that I had been lied to. My drink contained dairy even though I specifically ordered off the non dairy menu. I am lactose intolerant and even a tiny sip of cows milk cause me to be extremely nauseous. So now I’m stuck feeling like this for the next few hours. Next time, please inform people that the milk powder is NOT a non dairy one.

Ordered a drink with no ice and we get a drink with 3/4ths ice in it. Really disappointed with the drinks that we got, none of the drinks were made to our order. Looks like they are not paying attention to order requests.
