The register wasnt working customers we piling up the girl tired to switch registers but they weren't working either . Bathroom toilet wasn't working. Store design is not good considering the traffic it gets. General manager Victoria and several other employees need to be fired.

Ordered a customized sandwich and selected tomatoes and lettuce. The sandwich did not have tomatoes or lettuce, only bread and the meat I selected. This is not the first time. They need to read the order slip before making the sandwich.

This was an extremely frustrating and disrespectful experience at Wawa during the night shift between 1:00 AM and 1:40 AM, and it completely wasted our time. We waited over 40 minutes while the registers were closed, and during that entire time the employees—including the girl who was supposed to be on the register—were just slowly moving around, standing, and doing nothing productive, with no urgency and no intention of helping customers who were clearly waiting. There was no explanation, no apology, and absolutely no customer service, even though there were customers ready to pay and no real rush to justify the delay. To make things worse, the restroom was closed, which is unacceptable for a store that claims to be open 24/7, especially late at night when people rely on it the most. The staff’s attitude felt careless and dismissive, making customers feel ignored and disrespected, as if our time meant nothing. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service, and it seriously reflects poorly on the Wawa brand.

Literally the worst Wawa in the country, and I’ve been everywhere. They treated us like trash, closed their bathrooms arbitrarily, and refused to offer us EMTs coffee. Every Wawa I’ve ever been to has given us a small coffee for free, for being first responders. What an awful experience. Might as well be a Shell or an Exxon.

Very disappointing and inhumane experience.

I drove 30 minutes to this Wawa specifically to use the restroom and buy food. I am pregnant and urgently needed to use the bathroom. I clearly explained my situation and said it was an emergency.
Despite this, I was rudely refused, with no empathy, no apology, and no basic human decency. The staff showed absolutely no compassion for a pregnant woman in distress.
This was the worst gas station and customer service experience I have ever had. Completely unacceptable behavior and very disappointing for a place like Wawa.

THE WORST WAWA IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.
i ordered a mac and cheese bowl with a buttered roll and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. when the order came out it was legitimately cheese soup. the buttered roll had a GREEN SPOT IN IT. IF YOUVE EVER HAD A BUTTERED ROLL YOU KNOW ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE GREEN ON THE INSIDE. stay far away from this wawa. we will not be returning. and i suggest you don’t come here either. corporate was less than helpful and seemed not to give a rats about what was going on in this location. and the time before this we ordered five hoagies. how many did we actually receive you may ask? FOUR SANDWICHES. two of which were completely wrong and one of said sandwiches gave my friend food poisoning. she legitimately threw up in the back of my husbands car.

There weren't any grab and go sandwiches at 6:30am and many of the self-serve coffee dispensers were empty. What was supposed to be a quick in and out trip took 15+ minutes.

Beware - I went to get gas this morning and on the electronic board on Milestone Pkwy it lists the price for regular gas as $2.39 so thought they were running a great special. When I got to the gas pump, the price was listed as $2.93 so I went into the store and asked the cashier about the price. She stated that their electronic board must be broken. I decided not to get gas there based on the actual price.

I called to check if personal items of mine may have been turned in. After many attempts calling, the call was answered and then put me on hold for over 20 minutes, thinking I was forgotten or dropped, I called back, once again after many attempts and was put on hold. After 40 minutes and still on hold I decided to write this review. I am very patient but if I could I would give management a negative score.

I wish I could give a zero for a review. The service was slower than anything. Multiple people having to get food remade right in front of me and just the overall customer service was horrid. The sales floor alone was disgusting
