Waited a while at the speaker, ordered the baconator and baconator fries. They didn't give us the fries and, they decided not to put any topings on the baconator

It had been a while since I had Wendy's but I see that they have changed the chicken patty that comes on the spicy chicken sandwich. Very disappointed in Wendy's. Now it's more Lil a Mc chicken sandwich.

ordered the krabby patty meal, and the cashier asked if we wanted double or triple, which we thought odd because we just had it last week and it was single. so we were forced to upsell. the soda machine was out of everything so it was all watered down. the food was ok but not very hot. there were also two female employees sitting by the door, one had an iPad right up to her face, the other was running from the bathroom laughing. they were both sitting there giggling, yelling EWWW very loudly and were giving everyone dirty looks. very unprofessional, we won't be back to this location

Honestly, I don't know what to say. I bought cobb salad, and the taste was so absurd. I didn't know what I was eating.. everything tasted 👎👎
Please do a rebrand or something.

Just wanted a biggy bag with a plain burger, and a 10 piece. Gave me a cold burger with all toppings, overdone fries that were hard, and didn't even have the 10 piece in the bag.

My daughter and her BFF came "home" to visit from college, and they opted for Wendy's. Crabby Patty meals! The drive-thru line was long, but moving at a snails pace.
However, the person taking the orders was very curt and rushed. The energy was dead and gone when we reached the intercom to place the order.
The pick-up was even worse! Order was incorrect, and when I advised of such, I was told, "Just tell me what you want." Really? You messed up the order, I already told you what I wanted. And I believe the person who said that was either the lead or shift manager. Seriously?!?
Regardless, this was my first and LAST time going to that location.
I get that it's hard not to feel overwhelmed and stressed with long lines and tons of orders; yet, taking your frustrations out on innocent customers isn't how you gain consistent and repeat business.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, because that's what this service deserves. Terrible in its entirety! September 28, 2024, the night shift employees after 12 have a terrible attitude! Wait more than 15 minutes for a frosty! I even had to get out of my car because the line never walked! I asked the woman who was there and she answered me with a terrible attitude! The car that was already at the window already had its items but apparently it was missing things. I apologized to them for putting me in but the Wendy's Lady was too rude! Very bad service. It was just a drink! And they couldn't even get that right! They also didn't have the flavor I was asking for! The attitude of the staff was the worst! I will never return to this place! Terrible service! I have to repeat myself because it was. I could see that the workers were in no hurry to chat. They never took customers into consideration! Even the car in front of me started arguing and left without his order. This leaves a very bad stain on the Wendy's franchise. They should make better choices in their workers. For my part, Wendy’s lost a customer. In these locations.
