I just went Wendy’s they messed up my order I was missing a sandwich the floors where dirty the bathrooms was dirty they had a cashier that didn’t speak English this restaurant is terrible it needs to be closed down or run by corporate

My burger and fries were very good but I ordered the new cinnibon dessert and I was very disappointed. I wasn't soft it was hard like it had been sitting out too long. Service was great and fast though. I hate leaving any kind of negative reviews but for $4.00 I had 3 bites of it and threw it away. My advice is keep closer watch on rotating out old cinnamon desserts.

So Wendy's is offering $2 doubles but you need to use the app went to Wendy's app got logged in and selected the QR code the attendant scanned the code and said you need to order online I went trought the app it didn't have an order online prompt so Wendy's refused to sell me a hamburger. There ought to be a law about deceptive business practices like this!

Around 715pm I pull up to wendys intercom the young girl is having an attitude as I explain what I want to eat!! I pull up and no ones at the cashier post so i pulled to the next window same girl with attitude told me to pull back cause the cashier was to busy playing around, another car cut me off and went to the window I was just at!! The young lady lied to me that she couldn't take my money but she took the other person's money and was laughing about it ????someone needs to correct thier employees or get a whole new staff!!

Pleasantly surprised, this visit was much better than just about all the ones I've had in the past. The crew seemed like they cared, the fries were fresh, and the customer service was great. Maybe next time they get a four star!

We waited 20 minutes just to have our order taken, then another 15 minutes until our food came out. Their one fryer sprung a leak and they just kept throwing some kind of powder on the floor to soak it up. They eventually just locked the doors and only took drive thru orders but didn't put a sign up so people were looking thru the windows like "hey whats up".

Service was extremely slow. The lady working the register seemed new and was having trouble ringing up orders. Every time she turned and asked the manager for assistance, the manager looked annoyed and did through bare minimum to help. So the line inside was backed up past the door. While we were waiting for our food, I overheard someone ask for new fries because the ones they were given were cold. One of the workers stared at the customer for a second, and then grabbed the fries and gave them new ones. But the worker acted like they were bothered or offended that food would come back. When we got out food, both my and my wife's burgers were dry and had ZERO flavor. No seasoning added at all. Also, our fries were cold and stale. We figured out that it was because the fries were being put into the fry containers and set out instead of staying until a heat lamp. I wanted to take our food back, but there were so many people waiting for food or waiting to order, that I was basically ignored. We ended up throwing away our food and going over to McDonald's. Not really an upgrade, but at least our food was hot and had flavor. $30 for food I wouldn't donate to the homeless. This place only received 1 star because Google won't allow you to rate 0 stars. Dave Thomas would be ashamed of this establishment.Parking: Small, cramped parking lot

This Wendy’s exists to offend you.I just went through the empty drive-thru to receive absolutely no response for over a minute (I started checking the time). When I placed my order I received two words in response: “Hello.” “Ok.” I sat for another minute before I asked politely “Do you want me to pull around?” Silence for a few moments then “Yeah.”When I pulled up to the window I witnessed something great. There was one car pulled ahead waiting for their food. The man wasn’t waiting in his car, he was standing by the drivers door looking pissed. At the window, the car ahead of me was loudly arguing with the worker while the worker was loudly yelling back. I didn’t hear exactly what was exchanged but there was angry passion in their tones. I pulled out of line and left at this point.Overall, 1/10.

Could not understand what the lady at the drive through was saying. I asked her what sauces they have for their nuggets and spoke extremely quickly like she didn't want to take the time to answer my question at a normal speed. It was not very busy, and nobody was ahead of me nor behind me in the drive through line, so I don't understand her rush.
