I was really disappointed with my experience at Wetzel's Pretzels. The pretzels were stale and lacked the soft, warm texture I was expecting. They tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, and the seasoning was unevenly applied.

The customer service was equally underwhelming. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and I felt rushed even though there wasn’t a long line.

For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are definitely better snack options out there.

A little disappointed. I had a cheat day and was craving a pretzel dog. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. My issue was my pretzel dog. It was soggy which made me sad inside.

Pretzels was pretty decent, not great. Service and staff was nice. I would have given 5 stars if my pretzels was fresher. Overall decent place.

very very good I liked it a lot especially the pepperoni pretzels and the hot dog bites. in my opinion wetzels pretzels is the best place for pretzels.

10 out of 10 for sure! cinnamon pretzel bites were very soft & had a nice vanilla kind of taste. everything about these pretzels were so good!! i will definitely be returning.

My favorite place to get pretzels. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is far better tasting and bigger than similar companies and the staff at the Arundel Mills location is second to none.
