You either get a bunch of younger people who have 0 customer service skills and all the attitude & confrontation, or you have a really good person whose customer service skills are great.The last two times I’ve been there the machine has been out of lime syrup & multiple other syrups and the carbonation so your option is to get some form of variation of Minute Maid with the limited syrups.Ive ordered through the app and both times I was waiting for 10-20 minutes equaling out to about 30-40 minutes waiting for it in total.Sticky floors, sticky tables. This one is the closest to my home, but I’d prefer to go to the Bowie location.With all that being said; the food is always good.

First time trying this location and will not be back. Tasted one wing and tasted old and tainted. I should have known the food wouldn’t be good based on the lack of cleanliness of the eatery. Bathrooms are filthy, and floors are sticky. Beware as bad food can make someone really sick. This place needs a check up from the health inspector.

Spoke with manager Tamaya, very unprofessional. Placed an online order at 2.30pm to be picked up at 5pm. My husband got there at 4.50 and they haven't even started our order, was told it would be 25min and they were busy! This is unexceptable service. I called and asked foe manager who did absolutely NOTHING to try and make our experience any better. Completely terrible. I only gave it one star cause zero isn’t an option. First and absolute last time ordering from here. We placed an order online for pickup only to get home and realize wings were missing. We contacted the so called manager, who was rude and had zero customer service skills (they put just any kid in these positions nowadays!) and claims he put the concern through to his district manager, stating that we wanted a refund for the entirely jacked up order and told us someone would reach out or we’d see the refund to our account. That was well over two weeks ago and neither has happened. Not to mention know when we try to contact the so called manager via the number we were given, no one picks up!And on top of all of that, the wings were terrible! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I would AVOID if I were you, in all honesty this location is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. It always smells like old oil in here and the floors are always sticky. Management needs to fire the whole crew and rehire better employees.

No problem,… here it is the start of the 2nd quarter of the game and still waiting! Now being told it will take another 15, because there is a wait on fries. How does an organization hire people to run their business like this! Just horrible!!!!
