We visited Bella's for my daughter's 10th birthday. They gave her a special little cupcake and lit a candle for her. Our server, Pam, was sweet, attentive, and helpful. She offered to take our group photo at our table for us. They also allowed us to play dress up with their hats and gloves that are on display. My daughter loved the whole experience.

This little tea house is so cute and fun! We visited from out of town for my daughter's fifth birthday. They were so kind and accommodating of my young family (5, 3, and 3 months). The strawberry herbal tea was sweet and delicious, my young kids loved the lemonade that came with the kids tea. My husband and I had high tea and especially loved the tea sandwiches and the hot-out-of-the-oven butterscotch scone was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!I loved the variety of teapots and cups they had and it felt both fancy and homey at the same time. The server was so lovely and kind! Great experience!Kid-friendliness: They were so kind and lovely to my kids.

Far above our expectations. Perhaps the nicest tearoom in Maryland. Ample free parking in front or in the rear. The food was more than ample, much larger than typical finger foods. From the relax ambience to the conclusion of our desserts, we were very pleased and will return with some of our grandchildren.Parking: Free on street or inbackparking lot witha short uphill stroll.

Large portion sizes were great, and staff is very friendly. Service was extremely slow. a $4 charge for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.) is extremely steep compared to other tea places in the county. For two people with dietary restrictions and high tea, it was about $60. Our food was also decided for us? We sat down and the lady told us we were getting high tea, without even us seeing the menu, and we didn’t get to choose a soup or salad, we were just given salads. There is a surprisingly small tea menu.
