My wife and I had the tacos and they were all excellent. The tortilla was soft but still was cooked. All of the meat and veggies were delicious.

Price to portion ratio is not what youd expect for mexican food.Overpriced, small portion, Mediocre food.

The food is pretty bland, but the girl that waited on us was very nice.

Energetic ambience, very amiable folks, and nice seating area. I got the steak quesadilla - it was good, but I wouldn't come back as a first choice. The sour cream was watery and the steak - as others have mentioned - seemed a bit off. The biggest bit for me, though, was the cost for the size of it; based on size, I would have paid maybe $9. $14 was a bit outrageous. If the steak was more of a center piece and had more of a quality taste, $14 would absolutely be merited.

Dined there on a Friday evening! Delicious food and great, friendly service. We'll definitely return.

I don't leave too many reviews but this was the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. The flautas were definitely just frozen taquitos dressed on a bed of lettuce. The steak street tacos tasted somewhat similar to Alpo canned dog food. Had to get Burger King on the way home to try and get the taste out of my mouth.

I would give this place 0 stars if I couldMost horrible expensive Mexican food we ever hadSalsa was worse than canned salsa, tasted like water and was slimy , husband ordered a steak quesadilla , it was shredded beef that tasted like dog food and was the size of a kids meal for 14$?? Wth?My Birria was bland and dry and was the same beef that was in my husbands steak quesadilla. Unless you want to get ripped off for very little quality and quantity food don’t go hereI also saw pictures of their food on their Facebook page and it wasn’t anything what we had gotten. Either they had a bad chef day or something idk but I wouldn’t ever recommend for anyone

I think this is my favorite restaurant in HdG... the best guacamole I have ever had in my life is made here. Everything I have gotten here is delicious, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients, everything well worth the price. Visit about once or twice a month and never disappointed! They have cute accessories, decorative clay glasses and Mexican candies for sale here also. Family running the restaurant has dealt with some personal tragedies since opening the business, from what I have been able to gather, yet they still have their doors open and manage to provide top-quality, authentic Mexican cuisine in an area that one would typically be hard-pressed to find around here... the one and only negative is regarding the indoor seating, which I know they have little control over. It is a small space, and when I say small, I mean small. So there's only about 3-4 actual tables in the establishment. Would be nice if they had more seating for patrons dining in, but it is, once again, a small space. They have to work with what they have, so might be best to adjust expectations and order your food to-go.

Saw a picture on their website and didn't know what the dish was so decided to go into order. I was very disappointed to find out that they don't make those it was just a picture they put on the website. (The guy behind the counter told me it was just a snack he still didn't tell me what the dish was ?) we got the Quesa Birria Tacos, I ordered a chimichanga also but the gentleman was too busy on his phone to get that on my order. I was a little taken aback by him popping his gum while taking my order it was a little leery but decided to go ahead and give this place a shot. I was not disappointed in the food the shells were a little bland but the meat and cheese were tasty. I don't know what the brown sauce is kind of smell and look like burnt coffee grounds,,BUT I decided to taste it anyway had a wonderful flavor, definitely had a little heat and now I want to know but it is as well. I'm feeling adventurous and feel that this is another restaurant that I need to explore.

RARE GEM with authentic Mexican cuisine. Reminds me of trips to Cabo, yum! Not much seating but we were lucky when we arrived to grab a table. Guac was delicious and we had some sort of special taco that I can't recall the name of, they said it was their specialty

Ordered 6 tacos - the advertised price is $2.75 + .50 for meat. Arrived charged $3.75 + .50 for meat. False advertising. Get home and only 5 tacos had meat and toppings, 6th was an empty shell ?‍♂️
