Bulle Rock Golf Course

June 2025. Pretty course. $99 weekday. In decent shape but the rough is tall. We spent half the time looking for our balls in the rough.
Bring your water bottles because they don't have water stations around the course.
Showers are reasonably clean and they provide towels and hair dryer. Bring your soap, shampoo, and hairbrush.

Terrible experience working here, if you want to work at a place that respects you… this isn’t it. I worked here for two years, towards my second year being at Bullerock I realized shady things go on. I lost trust towards employees and finally got fed up with it. I worked in every department for them, I stayed loyal & hard working just to be disrespected in a sickening way. Most of the employees are miserable and complain about one another as well as the members/regulars . It is hard leaving a review like this but I figured I’d be honest.

First time playing here today and can't wait to come back. Challenging course in great condition with very friendly staff.

Excellent shape. Greens are very fast. This is a Pete Dye designed course, very tough for high handicapped. If yo know Pete Dye he loves to punish you on the course. Rough was quite high! 3-5 inches in spots. The girls college teams were there Easter week. Loved it thought. Will be back. Friendly staff!

First and foremost, if you’ve never played here, you absolutely need to do it. The course is amazing and always in great shape, the staff is amazing and always courteous, the pro shop is always stocked with awesome gear, and the food is amazing.

I bought a place at the bay last year and have been doing the associate membership the past two years.

I’d like to compliment them on something else that I think is absolutely huge . I just called to try to book a teetime for tomorrow morning and I spoke with Riley in the pro shop. He let me know due to the aerofication schedule, that I would be playing the same nine holes twice. Now that is something that does not interest me so I did not book the slot. What impresses me is the fact that he simply told me about this over the phone instead of me showing up and being disappointed. I don’t know what is so hard about that and why other courses do not do this. I played a course this past Thursday that had just punched the greens and didn’t say a word about it. And the other weekend, I was really bent out of shape. I tried to book here but the women’s NCAA tournament was going on. We booked at Chesapeake Bay club and showed up an hour early only to find out that the range was closed, one of the holes was closed, the course was under all kinds of construction, and was completely overbooked… at one point we had four groups on one hole! That course is OK and I appreciate the fact that they are trying to make it nicer but had I known I would not have booked my slot and especially at $75

Amazing club house, was there for a company 0arty and it was amazing, free beer, free food, it was a great time!

Nice course my only issue was the warden!
He literally followed us the last 4 holes even sitting in our way and harassing us over 3min! No one was even close behind us and the course was full of leaves!
For the money you pay you shouldn't be harassed by an employee!
This will definitely impact my decision about coming back.

Difficult but fair course. The greens were true. All in all a good experience.

Such an amazing and challenging course. In my opinion it’s the best price for quality you can get in MD. I have play multiple time and will be going back soon

The driving range and short game area for warming up offers everything needed to prepare for a challenging round.

Wow! Beautiful course and the bar and grill is PHENOMENAL!! Drinks are amazing! Definitely could improve on martinis but that comes with experience and they should do blue cheese stuffed olives. Other than that food, drinks, and service was great! Will definitely be coming back. If you havent golfed here or even stopped in for lunch you DEFINITELY SHOULD!

I was given a 70th birthday gift of a round of golf at Bulle Rock. I played there around 10:00 am on September 2, 2024. Even though I did get a birdie on the 9th hole; the course is in poor shape. It looks like they have no regular maintenance. The fairways look like a bad lawn with bare places, there marks from iron play near the greens and the don’t look like they have been attended to this year. The tee boxes are not kept up. The starter made some excuse about the sprinkler system not being repaired so the whole course was cart path only. Walking the course made its poor condition more evident. My wife paid $230 for us to play on this depleted course.
