I will never go to this establishment ever again. went inside with some friends and was immediately yelled at by the manager that she's not taking any order inside that she was busy with drive-thru, to just about piss off and leave her alone. we left of course and I looked at the drive thru, no one was there. what a joke this place is, might as well just shut it down. STAY AWAY!

I've stopped at the havre de grace BK 5 or 6 times over the last few months, and every-frickin-time I say "that's the last time I make that mistake." This last time, I couldn't even get my order out, before "pull up to the 2nd window." Well, ok, but can I finish ordering first? Then I ask for no pickles. Unsurprisingly, I received extra pickles. Its nothing but teenagers Hell, I went there at least 3 times for breakfast and always order the same thing, yet all 3 times it was a different price. I know we have inflation, but according to them, the price of tater tots and a 3 piece French toast sticks fluctuate like the price of gold or silver.

It’s a Burger King. But the men’s bathroom has a urinal, which is a plus and the food was made hot fresh and quickly. The staff was surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Look this needs attention. This place was absolutely on point tonight!!!! New manager that goes by nickname Kina was AMAZING ?!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE AND SHE COMES AND THE SERVICE WAS 1000% BETTER!!! She was sweet and professional and on top of everything... Please keep her at this location for us fellow Havre de Grace folks. Seriously amazing ?

I used the BK app to place an order arrived. Six minutes after my order should’ve been ready and no one was at the counter. I should’ve known something was gonna be wrong as everybody everybody was outside smoking. When I eventually got my order, the fries were completely cold, not warm, cold! I did get another small fry with only like nine fries in it and when I got home, the fries weren’t even cooked to make matters worse. The entire order was cold and the meat seems like it had been cooked hours in advance, this has to be the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had !!

I had to rate one star cause you can't rate a zero. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to get fast food. Drive thru terrible can't place separate orders which is absolutely ridiculous and lazy of them code wouldn't work in drive thru so had to go in and order place is absolutely slow with no customers poor service poor employees and atmosphere ? definitely need to upgrade the management someone that truly cares about what's going on instead of just sitting in the office.
There were no other customers but the place was extremely slow. They no longer carried the item that was displayed behind the counter, but that was fine, we ordered something else. Then again with no other customers around, somehow still completely messed up the order and took 3 times as long to fix it. To top it off they had 16 of the fountain drink options empty, with legit 5 of them going out while trying to get my own drink. Place is complete garbage.

Completed a BK app order, and when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, even though I gave more than sufficient time for my order to be ready when it finally came up my fries were completely cold. Then the replacement fries with only eight french fries were not properly cooked. When I got home and sampled one of my double cheeseburgers, it was dry and it was if the patty had been cooked hours in advance, I am not gonna eat whopper or the rest of the order and I plan to take the order back to a manager tomorrow.
