This place is a JOKE! No fries, no onion rings, no hershey pies, no buns for the burgers just Croissants! 🤣🤣 You will literally stick to the floor, due to it being disgustingly sticky! Counter employees are extremely loud holding conversations with other workers while waiting on customers 😒 🤦♀️ This location is better off closing down!

This location needs serious attention. The floors were dirty, the counters had dried spills, and the tables were all a mess—every single one was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. The drink station was just as bad, with napkins and lids scattered around, and the soda machine was nearly empty with only about three choices working.
I had to return the fries because they were cold. I opened my Whopper to find barely any ketchup and no mayonnaise at all. When I asked about it, they just said they were out of mayo. No apology, no heads-up at the counter—just “we don’t have it.” The area behind the counter didn’t look much better, with clutter and food prep stuff all over the place. Overall, it felt like nobody was really in charge, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from a national chain.

On your menu at literally says served all day and shows three burgers. In the app, it has the option of burgers for breakfast, so I'm not understanding why when I go to order a burger for breakfast they tell me they're not serving them.

I placed a order at 12pm for 1220pm pickup. Due to the long line I wasn't able to check in until 1230, which would have been fine. However my food was not ready until 1250pm. I understand if I placed the order at 1230pm it taking a while to make but I paid at 12pm for a 1220pm pick up.

This Burger King is always out of stuff. 1 day, they were out of hash Brown. So they stuck french fries in my breakfast burrito today they're out of iced coffee like seriously, why are they always out of stuff

Went there this morning (6/5/2025) at 7:25am and there were NO employees or manager working. The store was dark. How does this location even stay in business?! I took my business to McDonald's!

While it was clean and they recognized me quickly ( some fast food do not) , my breakfast sandwhich arrived looking like it was squashed flat, run over- not like the picture. Ice machine in soda dispenser was empty at 10:30 AM . Food tasted okay, staff was cordial

I will never go to this establishment ever again. went inside with some friends and was immediately yelled at by the manager that she's not taking any order inside that she was busy with drive-thru, to just about piss off and leave her alone. we left of course and I looked at the drive thru, no one was there. what a joke this place is, might as well just shut it down. STAY AWAY!
