Stopped by the drive thru this morning as usual I ordered a Medium Iced Caramel Coffee , extra caramel, sugar, and cold foam (no cream) when I got the coffee I told the gentleman in the drive thru window I asked for no cream ( can clearly see it has cream) he states no cream i said no cream he said it has no cream I pay my $4.76 thru my app and leave one taste it has cream which tears up my stomach I expect better than this DO BETTER GUYS JUST DO BETTER !!!!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could for the unsanitary that I just witnessed. Placed a mobile order and there must’ve been another mobile order for a different Shawn. They gave me the wrong drink I took it back in to get the right drink and I witnessed them hand the drink that I had already had in my possession and just hand it out the drive through window to the right person like it never even left the restaurant. Granted I didn’t do anything to the drink they are definitely not supposed to do that for health and safe

Not the friendliest drive thru location - staff sound annoyed when taking your order - at least that was my experience... but coffee was decent and the drive thru line went pretty fast.

I was traveling and went in to use the restroom, when I came out, I went to the counter to order and no one came over. So I went through the drive thru and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. It took forever and then when I went to eat it only one of the pieces of bread were toasted and the other wasn't. When I pulled up to the window there were alot of employees literally standing around.👎.My advice is if you're traveling, keep going.

Every other dunkin has never given an issue with switching the snackin bacon out for regular bacon, but that was too much to do for this location. Lazy incompetent workers who would rather argue than do their jobs.

Update
Since my last review this location has been under what I assume is either new leadership or new policies, and has completely turned the corner. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm there almost every other morning and the staff is super friendly and professional. The inside is consistently kept clean. The food has been great! The coffee has been exactly what I ordered every single time and it tastes great. It's the perfect "pick me up" with deep flavor.
This location has quickly become one of my favorite places to go in the morning.

Come here everyday however my card has been recently charged extra called the bank and it’s over. 100 dollars of transaction threw out the day hope to get it fixed. Drinks are hit or miss depending on who is working when they are wrong it normally taste as dirt or old coffee. The employees are great very friendly

I went to dunkin' to get coffee and donuts for my coworkers this morning. I arrived at 445 and they weren't open yet so I parked in the drive through lane so I could be the first customer when they opened. The owner came banging on my driver side door at 550 telling me I wasn't allowed to sit there he told me he had been yelling at me but I had my windows closed (he seemed very annoyed by that but it is 29 degrees and we are expecting snow), he told me I needed to move my car and park out in the parking lot because they weren't opened yet. I did what he asked. I would've left but my coworkers were waiting to have their donuts and coffee and I didn't want to let anyone down. At 500 I pulled in to the drive-through and ordered donuts and coffee, I asked for a sandwich, and he said they weren't ready yet. He was very rude and very short with me. So I just went with donuts and coffee. They almost didn't give me my donut for my boss! Good thing I checked!!! Finally driving away at 515.

I'm going to have to give this location 3 stars for two reasons. The 1st reason is that they make their coffee way too sweet and I know this may not be a huge deal, but their coffee needs more balance. I love a good dark roast with 2 creams and 1 sugar, you can't just make a dark roast sweet. It takes away the flavor of the boldness of the flavor. Also I picked up an online order and waited to be greeted for 2-3 minutes. I saw an employee sitting on a couple of milk crates looking at her phone which I thought was off putting and really disappointed, while I waited to receive my order.T his The main catalyst for my 3 star review.The food overall is good and so is the atmosphere. I only recommend this location if you're going to go through drive through.

Stood in line 15 min no one helped us line they were only focused on the drive through so the line grew and grew someone said something to the staff they said "try using the kiosk" it started to get heated between customer and staff so we left without buying anything
