At 10:30 am, donuts were old. They were hard and crunchy. Thus was the 3rd time having the same issue. I kept giving them a chance; but, no more.

I have gone through the drive-thru three times over the last 4 months hoping that the last bad cup of coffee was just that they were having an off morning. But this last cup of coffee still had an odd taste--not good. I don't know if it was the cream or the coffee. Plus, the staff never spoke except to ask what you wanted--no thank you, no smile, no have a good day. They were not a happy staff. The whole experience was unpleasant. I will not go there again. 3 strikes and you're out.

They charge for a pup cup! Talk about tight! I refuse to go here now! They started plucking me with not displaying my total price or giving a receipt. When I got my latest rescue I asked for a pup cup. I was informed they charge for this, so I go elsewhere or just make my ice coffee at home!

I was down in Havre de Grace for the last few days on Vacation and everyone was very nice. The first day in the drive thru we ordered a lot of items so the patience was appreciated. Avid Dunkin Fan and this vacation di not change that.Wheelchair accessibility: The owner or manager of the Franchisee could add a ramp around the back by apgfcu but otherwise accessible for handicap person or persons.

Ordered at drive thru. Window person handed coffee to husband lid popped off and coffee ran all over him and seat. Young lady apologized.Manager came and yelled at crew to put on lids correctly. I then asked for refund. The manager gave it to him and then proceeded to tell my husband how to hold cup. Very rude. The 2 bagel bites were also cold.
