Franks pizza is THE BEST!! 💯%!! I'm from Philly Moved to Maryland and this is just like PHILLY PIZZA AND STEAKS ALL THE WAY!! Oh and an original Philly Cheese Steak DOES NOT COME WITH GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS! But Franks in Havre De Grace MD. Does it RITE!! Talk to Carl!!
There cheese steak sub was excellent and there pepperoni pizza is one of the best pizzas I've had in this area in a long time. Keep it up Frank Pizza & Grill you had earned a new customer.

They need to change their hours on here. I drove over here to get some food to take to work. I walked in at 8:55 and dude said. We are closed! It says 10 o’clock everywhere I looked. Thats why i drove over there.

Being a truck driver it's hard to get people to deliver to a rig.They came to the truck ordered a steak boli very very good. Super nice people on the phone and the delivery driver

I just have to let you all know that Frank's knows how to deliver a cheese steak! Their bread is always soft, they are loaded with meat and cheese and dear Lord when a customer asks for extra mayo, we mean extra mayo, and they completely understand the assignment!!!!!! We have gotten food from here for two years and they NEVER disappoint! Thank you so much!
Doesn't get much better than this for cheesesteaks, pizza, and fries.

Our first visit. The decor is okay with lots of skate boards on the wall. They serve large portions of food and it was amazing.

Some of the best pizza in Harford county
My boyfriend and I came by for lunch and we were extremely happy with our choice! The bee sting pizza is amazing and the cheese sticks with brown sugar are soooo good. Workers are super friendly and it is a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!
