Met these guys at Seafood Festival in Knoxville, TN this wknd. That being said, all vendors had to mark their prices up to cover vending fees. But these guys had plenty of tasty offerings, including rockfish stuffed with a real Maryland crabcake, & it was incredible, & worth it! Even their house fries were unique & delicious! We'll be back!
I had the pleasure to eat at laughing crab food truck today. I had a great experience with the food and the owner. Food was fresh and a different take on traditional seafood favorites. I read some past reviews that don’t line up at all with my experience. The crab wonton was fantastic, I hope more people with positive feedback take the time to leave a review because this place deserves it!
Had the most amazing crab cakes hush puppies and the service was great the gentleman tommy was so fun had great experience in tarpon springs Fl can’t wait until they are back again!!!!
